CHINAPLAS国际橡塑展丨可持续展会设计
国内外政府及社会各界对会展业提出的更高要求,促使会展业在能源、交通、碳排放等方面采取节能、低碳、清洁的方式,比如使用可再生能源、参与碳市场或碳补偿等。会展业需遵循循环经济的原则,采用更多的可回收、可再利用、可降解的材料和技术,减少废弃物的产生和排放,提高资源的利用效率。
The higher demands placed on the exhibition industry by domestic and foreign governments and all sectors of society have prompted the exhibition industry to adopt energy-saving, low-carbon and cleaner approaches in energy, transportation and carbon emissions, such as the use of renewable energy and participation in the carbon market or carbon offsetting. The exhibition industry needs to follow the principles of circular economy, adopt more recyclable, reusable and degradable materials and technologies, reduce waste generation and emissions, and improve the efficiency of resource utilization.
2024年4月23日,第三十六届中国国际塑料橡胶工业展览会「CHINAPLAS国际橡塑展」在国家会展中心(上海)开幕。这次展会中,参会方蓝晶微生物以及丽诺集团的展览空间设计及搭建方案由REDO重塑设计负责。秉持着可持续发展的理念,我们的团队在设计及实施方案中遵循3R原则,即减量化(Reduce)、再利用(Reuse)和再循环(Recycle)。
On April 23, 2024, The 36th International Exhibition on Plastics and Rubber Industries "CHINAPLAS" opened at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai). REDO Design was responsible for designing and constructing the exhibition space for the participants of the exhibition, Bluepha and Rhino New Material. Adhering to the concept of sustainable development, our team followed the 3R principles of Reduce, Reuse and Recycle in the design and implementation of the project.
蓝晶微生物致力于设计、开发、制造和销售新型生物基分子和材料,使命是使人类不再依赖石油化学。通过展位设计呈现品牌的可持续理念,我们为蓝晶微生物设计及搭建的展位采用了模块化设计,并使用了绿色物料及循环再生材料,如再生PC阳光板、rPET再生毛毡板、可回收再生铝型材及蓝晶PHA吹膜。展示墙使用了再生rPET作为吸音板,利用摩尔效应呈现品牌标识。
Bluepha is dedicated to designing, developing, manufacturing and marketing new bio-based molecules and materials to make mankind less dependent on petrochemicals. To present the brand's sustainable concept through booth design, we designed and built the booth for Bluepha with a modular design and used green materials and recycled materials, such as rPC sheets, rPET felt panels, recyclable aluminium profiles and Bluepha blown film. The display wall used rPET for sound-absorbing panels and utilized the Moire effect to present the brand logo.
在展厅中,我们采用了铝型材魔术框架。通过对铝型材节点和样式的设计,铝型材框架实现模块化,展会方可根据需求自由堆叠,对空间进行更有序、更灵活的布局。模块化的设计让我们可以更精确地计划和控制资源的使用量,减少浪费并优化生产过程,资源的利用效率得到显著提高。铝型材魔术框架可拆卸、堆叠的设计特点,使其在运输过程中可占用更少的空间,并运用至下一次展陈,减少展会废料及能源消耗,从而减少碳足迹。
In the exhibition booth, we used aluminium extrusion Magic Frames. Through the design of nodes and styles of aluminium profiles, the aluminium frames are modularized so that the exhibitors can freely stack the modules according to the demand for a more orderly and flexible space layout. The modular design allowed us to plan and control the use of resources more accurately, reduce waste and optimize the production process. The efficiency of resource utilization is therefore significantly improved. The frames can be disassembled and stacked, allowing them to take up less space during transportation and be used for the next exhibition, reducing waste and energy consumption, and thus reducing the carbon footprint.
模块化技术通常能够通过多次循环使用达到降低成本的效果,特别是在大规模生产中。通过标准化和模块化设计,制造和装配过程得以简化,对于储存空间的需求减小,有效地节约成本。同时,模块化设计使得产品或系统更加灵活,且具备适应变化的能力。在可持续发展的背景下,社会、经济和环境因素都在不断变化,模块化能够使企业更快速地响应市场需求和法规变化,在遵循可持续原则的同时保持市场竞争力。
The modular design method often results in cost reductions through multiple uses, especially in mass production. Through standardization and modular design, manufacturing and assembly processes are simplified and the need for storage space is reduced, resulting in effective cost savings. Meanwhile, modular design makes the product or system more flexible and capable of adapting to changes. In the context of sustainable development, where social, economic and environmental factors are constantly changing, modularization enables companies to respond more quickly to changes in market demand and regulations, and to maintain market competitiveness while adhering to the principle of sustainability.

Rhino New Material is mainly engaged in the recycling, processing, production and sales of various plastics, and is committed to the recycling of plastics. The booth we designed and constructed for Rhino used their sustainable product, Polypropylene sheets, as the core element. We narrated the brand's commitment and practice of environmental protection and social responsibility through innovative design concepts.
展位的地面部分设计为一块可供人们踩踏的地面,使用了环保材料rPET再生毛毡板进行铺设,并按丽诺的塑料回收再生全链路流程的顺序依次展示了品牌回收的塑料瓶、塑料粉碎薄片、PCR颗粒产品及品牌产品丽诺砖。地面上还布置了丽诺品牌历程的文字及图片,通过叙事的方式展示品牌在可持续发展方面的成就和经验,让参会者感受到品牌的环保使命及其在可持续发展中的角色。可踩踏的透明地面不仅更直观地展示了品牌在使用可持续材料方面的努力,也增加了展位的参与感。
The floor of the booth was designed with a transparent floor for people to step on, paved with rPET felt boards, and displayed the brand's recycled plastic bottles, crushed plastic flakes, PCR granules and branded Rhino bricks in the order of the entire plastic recycling chain. The floor was also decorated with texts and pictures of Rhino's brand history, which demonstrated the brand's achievements and experiences in sustainable development, letting attendees feel the brand's environmental mission and its role in sustainable development. The transparent floor not only visualized the brand's efforts in using sustainable materials, but also encouraged participation.
丽诺的PP塑料板是由消费后产生的塑料餐盒、日杂及洗衣机的内筒等经过分选、洗涤、搅拌等步骤制作成的拨片,具有良好的可回收性和再生利用特性。使用PP丽诺片构成整个展位的主要视觉背景,展示出品牌对于选择和利用环保材料的重视。PP塑料板在展会结束后可进行回收再利用,符合循环经济的原则。展区中的洽谈桌椅也使用了由废旧的聚酯或聚酯纤维塑材料收集制作而成的再生UPE,具有良好的耐磨性和耐候性。同时,展柜和洽谈桌椅运用了模块化设计,可进行拆卸和重新组装,便于运输和展览搭建,也延续了展陈物料的使用寿命。
Made from post-consumer-generated plastic food containers, daily supplies, and the inner tubs of washing machines through sorting, washing, and agitating, Rhino's Polypropylene sheets have good recyclability. Rhino's Polypropylene sheets constitute the main visual background of the entire booth, demonstrating the brand's emphasis on selecting and utilizing environmentally friendly materials. Polypropylene sheets can be recycled after the exhibition, in line with the principles of the circular economy. The tables and chairs in the exhibition area are also made of recycled UPE collected from waste polyester or polyester fibre plastic materials, which have good abrasion and weather resistance. At the same time, the modular design of the display cabinets, tables and chairs allows them to be disassembled and reassembled, which facilitates transportation and exhibition construction, and extends the service life of the display materials.
