How to bargain in Chinese?
If you are planning to travel around China, then haggling is an essential skill to learn. Bargaining for a reasonable price is a common practice especially in small shops, street markets, souvenir shops. So it’s definitely worth your a while to pick up a few phrases and sentences to help you avoid being taking advantage of.
Below you can read some basic but necessary words that you should master when haggling in China.

When some stuff is overpriced, so don’t be afraid to ask, just give it a shot. You’ll be surprised at how much money you can save. But, not every place that you are encouraged to bargain. Where you cannot bargain in China is generally anywhere you can see physical price tags on the products.
Besides these, there are a lot of skills for you if you wanna bargain successfully. Please be prepared walk away. Don’t empathize with the seller. They will never sell at a loss. And be confident, etc.
