SCI写作中,实验部分(Materials and Methods)必不可少,是我们整个论文中用于论证观点的重中之重,怎样才能写好实验内容呢?▌实验部分的写法
1、实验设备
要对实验中的仪器型号、生产厂家及实验中的用途等给出详细说明;实验设
备之间的连接、数据要科学准确,不要给人一种混乱或者操作失误的感觉。
使用设备时不能省略必要的步骤,尤其是有可能会对实验结果造成一些特定影响的操作更加要特别说明,这样才能在讨论中进行对应的分析。
如果某些设备使用前要校正,则要求每阶段实验之后都要重新校正,以来保证结果的正确性,并且要详细说明你的操作过程以及校正过程,便于评审人分析实验结果。
2、实验对象
一般是人、动物或者一些组织系统等,基本信息要描述明确;除此之外要多注意一些国外刊物牵扯到人或者动物的实验都有一些特定的要求,有些刊物是不允许在人或者动物身上进行实验操作的,这需要去认真阅读投稿刊物中关于实验的详细规定,如果违反了这个规定,可能会不被接受评审或者发表。
3、实验材料
不同学科有不同要求;总体上来说要注意说明选择材料的必要性,换种说法就是为什么要选择这种材料,进行一定的说明。
4、处理因素(受试因素)
通常指由外界施加于受试对象的因素,包括生物、化学、物理或内外环境的。但是生物本身的某些特征(如性别、年龄、民族、遗传特性、心理因素等)也可作为处理因素来进行观察。因此,研究者应正确、恰当地确定处理因素。 一般应注意以下几点:
(1)抓住实验研究中的主要因素
研究中的主要因素是按以往研究基础上(本人或他人)提出的某些假设和要求来决定的。一次实验涉及的处理因素不宜太多,否则会使分组增多,受试对象的例数增多,在实施中难以控制误差。然而,处理因素过少,又难以提高实验的广度和深度。因此,需根据研究目的的需要与实施的可能来确定带有关键性的因素。
(2)找出非处理因素
除了确定的处理因素以外,凡是影响实验结果的其他因素都称为非处理因素,所产生的混杂效应也影响了处理因素产生的效应对比和分析,这些非处理因素又称混杂因素。
例如上述两种不同药物治疗缺铁性贫血病人的试验,非处理因素可能有年龄、性别、营养状况等。如果两组病人的年龄、性别、营养等构成不一,则可能影响药物疗效的比较。因此设计时便设法控制这些非处理因素,只有这样才能消除它们的干扰作用,减小实验误差。
(3)处理因素必须标准化
处理因素的强度、频率、持续时间与施加方法等,都要通过查阅文献和预备试验找出各自的最适条件,然后订出有关规定和制度,并使之相对固定,否则会影响试验结果的评价。如处理因素是药物,必须正确选择批号,给药途径和时间也应标准化和相对固定化。
5、实验过程
清楚描述实验的整个操作流程,一般要附以实验流程图进行说明。流程图的画法很多,有文字式的,有文字和示意图结合的,不同实验有不同做法。一般来说,可能后者多一些(实验性学科尤其如此),因为这样能使评审人对实验过程一目了然。如果示意图画得漂亮,还可以增加一些印象分。描述时一定要有鲜明的层次感,对每个步骤之间的顺序和关联要描述清楚,不要造成实验过程混乱不堪的印象,因为评审人最终判断你的实验是否合理,是从这个过程描述得来的。
▌写实验部分需要注意的地方
1、文中文字的表达一定要干练简洁且准确,不可长篇大论,更不可用冗长的文字来解释图表数据(图表本就是简洁表明内容的),只要能表达出自己的意思,简洁的文字就可以了。
2、对于实验过程中的结果以及现象一定要有完整的概括和统计,而不能直视简单的将其罗列到论文中就可以了,同时对于各数据或现象要总结并给出结论。
3、在描述数据的时候,最好能结合图标的形式,并且图标要能表明一定的趋势和规律,而不只是将数据搬到图标上,这样不仅美观,而且逻辑清晰,主题明确。
4、对于某些不易理解的数据部分,编写者可给出适量解释,以帮助读者理解文章。论文中若有讨论部分,应将讨论的内容在此部充分表达,而在结果部分只需提到必要的解释,让读者明白本次课题研究的意义即可。
5、可根据实际情况来决定,那就是将讨论和结果部分合并。
