摘要

Voting procedures (VP) canbe used to deal with several group decision problems. The talk will deal withthe application of these VPs in business organizations and present a frameworkfor choosing a particular VP to be used within organizations' contexts. Itexplores part of the decision-making process related to the choice of the VPsbased on their drawbacks and the proprieties desired to be aligned to businessstrategies.
