捕猎灵晕 Aura Hunter 双个展｜任若溪 唐菱珑 Double Solo

6月，阳光开始以刺眼的方式与我们接触，穿过梧桐树，在老虎窗的边缘露出。我们会回避，回到梧桐树的树荫下。我们会直视，直到自我的迷离。在暖风初起的六月，忘记自我，或是再一次看见自我被初夏包围。

In June, the sunlight begins to greet us with a dazzling intensity, filtering through the plane trees and glancing off the edges of skylights. We find solace in the dappled shade, yet at times we confront the light directly, allowing it to blur our senses. In this warm and tender month, we lose ourselves only to find ourselves anew, embraced by the tender arms of early summer.

《捕猎灵晕》 Aura Hunter，如果说，光是一条直线，一端来源于主体，一端走向客体，那么这次双个展的两位艺术家任若溪，唐菱珑则将这条直线和两个方向用不同技法在画面里重塑，于是光变得复杂，不只是那个刺眼而来的瞬间，它拥有了非线性的可变性，它是灵晕Aura，而身处其间的我们，都是Aura Hunter。

In "Aura Hunter," light is envisioned as a straight line, originating from the subject and extending towards the object. In this dual exhibition, artists Ren Ruoxi and Tang Linglong reshape this line and its directions using various techniques, rendering light complex and nonlinear. It transcends a mere blinding instant to become an aura, a mystical presence. And within this aura, we are all hunters.

回到作品，任若溪的作品包括绘画，光复合墙面装置，交互装置。初始见到她的这一系列新作品，会是熟悉的感觉，是在认知里会出现的某种场景，而那种场景里的自我是模糊的，它像一场清醒梦，游离的方向一定是未知。作为“屏幕一代”她将生活感受划分为“第一自然”和“第二自然”，而“第二自然”所带来的视觉经验在画面中被中性的相融，从而，她的光是独立的，她的光是她的所见，我们是融入她的光的人。

Ren Ruoxi’s works encompass paintings, neon composite wall installations, and interactive pieces. Encountering her new series evokes a sense of familiarity, a recognition of certain scenes in our cognition, where the self remains blurred, akin to a lucid dream with an unknown trajectory. As a member of the "screen generation," she delineates her life experiences into "first nature" and "second nature,"1 where the visual experiences of the latter merge neutrally within her art. Her light stands alone, her light is what she sees, and we are immersed in her illumination.

唐菱珑则从另一个角度切入，她的作品往往没有停留在作品画好的时刻，展览的过程，体验也属于她作品的延续。光从坦培拉的表面反射，这种反射是轻柔的，在黑暗中拉出色彩，生长在与观者之间的空间，它带着一种古典语言的直观感受，像一张古卷，想要考究其中的内容。直视强光，视网膜上留下残像，残像是身体的本能反应，而反应之后，我们解读自我在残像中的语言，这是我们肉身释出的关于光的符号（并留存于画面），而这个画面，被再次投上轻柔的光，在这光里，曾经瞬间的感知，是永恒，像真理一样，难以被当下解读，却不可忘却。

Tang Linglong approaches from a different angle, where her artworks transcend the moment of completion. The exhibition process and the audience's experience continue her works. Light reflects gently off the surface of her tempera paintings, pulling colors from the darkness and growing in the space between the viewer and the art. This reflection evokes a classical language, like an ancient scroll inviting scrutiny. Gazing into strong light leaves afterimages on the retina, a primal reaction. These afterimages form unique symbols that persist on the artwork's surface, which is then softly illuminated again. In this light, fleeting perceptions become eternal, akin to truths—difficult to interpret in the moment but unforgettable.
