成功的单子可能千篇一律,但客户的需求总是各有不同。对于外贸新手来说,应该掌握的是整合以及灵活。

什么意思?

就是在每些模板上,即根据自己的行业、公司、产品情况以及自身的经验判断进行调整和完善,做出一套适用于自己的邮件模板,这样能让自己在以后每一次与客户进行邮件沟通的时候都能够高效省时,最大程度上提升客户开发跟进工作的整体效率和效果。

Warm Tips:
1.新产品最好也是有针对性的发给不同客户的市场;
2.特色卖点也要结合当地市场的喜好,特色卖点一般最多不超过4个,以3个最佳,如果罗列太多的特色卖点就相当于没有重点突出,也会让客户感觉产品的真实性;
3.最好附上图文并茂的图片,让客户更加直观的了解;

4.如果产品款式很多,可以做成彩页以附件的形式发送,多角度的展示产品。
