上海｜三月活动时间表 SHCI March Activities

三月，春暖花开，生机勃勃，上海接触即兴社区的常规活动也回来啦！

☼周二晚上的常规舞酱，周日下午的接触即兴常规小课＋舞酱。

☼ 两位新的带领者加入，本月有一直带领接触即兴课程的Zoe和新加入的萧瑀Yu和Tamae，新的气息带入不同的身体风景，让我们一起动起来！

☼另外三月也有常规的成人现代舞和芭蕾舞，以及给孩子们的创意肢体律动和芭蕾启蒙喔！

週二常規舞酱 (Tue Regular Jam)

这是一个接触即兴的"舞会" 。在有限的空间和时间中，一群想跳舞的人们相遇，在这个时间段大家带上当天的身心状态一起用身体对话，共同创造出当天的一段舞曲。没有对或错、美与丑，有的是对人和环境的照顾以及支持，并保护好自己的安全，用自己的身体能力和他人共舞交流。

This is a Contact Improvisation dance party. In a limited space and time, people who want to dance encountered. In this time , people bring the physical and mental state of the day and use their bodies to create their dance of the day. There is no right or wrong, beauty or ugliness, but care and support for people and the environment. Please protect your own safety, and use your own physical ability to dance and communicate with others.

每堂小课会有个主题，让大家循序渐进的了解接触即兴，更可以在当天紧接于后的舞酱时间练习与实践当天的主题。建议第一次参与接触即兴活动的朋友先参加小课，给身体一些准备与他人共舞的暖身时间。课程包含暖身活动、接触即兴的练习以及基本的接触即兴托举技巧。

There will be a theme for each class, so that participants can gradually understand contact improvisation, and practice the theme of the day immediately at Jam time. It is suggested that the first-timer should take class first before Jam, and give the body sometime to prepare before dancing with others. The courses will include warm-up activities, contact improvisation exercises and basic contact improvisation skills.

三月接触即兴小课带领者

 Contact Improvisation Facilitator

郑聿倩 Zoe

跨领域创作者/舞者/教师

寸草舞集创办人，上海即兴艺术节发起人，纽约长岛大学新媒体与表演艺术硕士。曾任台湾古舞团舞者、纽约 Chen& Dancers 舞者。2016年成立了 Inch Dance, 致力于跨领域剧场和环境即兴相关演出和推广现代舞、肢体开发、接触即兴，并与国内外多位跨领域艺术家合作演出。

萧瑀 Yu 

舞者/教师

台湾中国文化大学舞蹈研究所毕业。曾任台湾三十舞蹈剧场，上海金星舞蹈团专职舞者，参与台湾太古踏舞团、台湾肢体音符舞团、上海 SLATE当代舞团、寸草舞集之演出。参与过“ I dance Japan”日本接触即兴节、古舞团台东接触即兴工作坊。 

TAMAE MIKI

自由艺术家

来自京都，自幼学习芭蕾，后跟随日本接触即兴大师Suzuki Yasukuchi学习接触即兴，多次访问中国带领工作坊。并与上海“死亡剧场”紧密联系，创作各种不同类型艺术作品。

1.请穿适当舒适服饰，棉质有弹性衣物并能活动自如为佳，避免有扣子或拉链的衣物。课程中会大量流汗，请斟酌自备毛巾或更換衣物，课堂中适度更换。请勿配戴任何饰物、眼镜或其他尖锐物品；並自备运动护膝（前面有垫子的护膝）和水杯。

2.请务必保证上课时间，如果缺课，无法提供补课或退款，但可以转让给其他人。

*Notice :1.Please wear appropriate comfortable clothing, cotton elastic clothes, easy to move. Avoid clothing with buttons or zippers.There will be a lot of sweat, please consider to bring your own towels or extra clothes. Do not wear any accessories, glasses, or other sharp objects. Please bring sports knee pads and water bottle.2.Be sure to guarantee class hours, and if you miss classes, you can not take remedial classes or get refunds but can transfer to others.
