This webinar will discuss the HK-Mainland Interim Measures Arrangement as a critical tool of protecting parties' interest in Mainland and an important consideration for the choice of dispute resolution clauses for China-related transactions. Practitioners who have experience in obtaining interim relief under the Arrangement will share their practical tips and success stories. HKIAC, the only arbitral institution that has published statistics regarding the Arrangement, will also discuss its role and practice of handling applications to the Mainland courts.
