无糖展讯 | 即将呈现李强强个展《你强强强》
无糖画廊即将呈现青年艺术家李强强的个展《你强强强》，这位艺术家在2020年获得了“约翰·莫尔绘画金奖”和“K11新锐艺术奖，评委特别推荐奖”，他不拘一格的作品风格显示出其在绘画领域的巨大潜力。展览由MetaHub策展团队策划，聚焦艺术家近几年最重要的作品，包含综合材料、纸本、布面油画等，这也是无糖画廊成立以来的首个艺术家个人展览。展期从2022年03月16日至06月16日。
NoSugar Gallery is about to present the solo exhibition "Ni Qiang Qiang Qiang" by young artist Li Qiangqiang. This artist won the "2020 John Moores Painting Prize (China)" and “ART 11 PRIZE 2020, Special Jury Prize”. His unconventional art work style shows his great potential in the field of painting. This exhibition is planned by the curator team MetaHub, focusing on the most important works of artists in recent years, including comprehensive materials, paper works, oil painting, etc. This is also the first artist's solo exhibition since the establishment of NoSugar Gallery. The exhibition period is from March 16 to June 16, 2022.

李强强介于抽象与具象之间的绘画，看似毫无章法又带着一丝诙谐，视觉上不讨喜，像是一种对主流的抵抗，不被技法控制，不被风格规劝，也不因体制而构建。有人将李强强与“坏画”联系起来，他确实有着阿尔伯特 · 厄伦一般的玩世不恭，又有着乔治·巴塞利兹般的反叛独立，然而他不将“坏”作为目标，他的艺术不是为“坏”而“坏”，而是折返回生命本能，探索绘本的本体性，书写“自成一派”的品味与智性。
Li Qiangqiang's painting, which is between abstract and concrete, seems to be disorganized and humorous, it is not pleasing visually, it is like a resistance to the mainstream, which is not controlled by techniques, persuaded by style, or constructed by system. Some people associate Li Qiangqiang with "bad painting". He does have the cynicism of Albert Oehlen and the rebellious independence of Georg Baselitz. However, he does not take "bad painting" as the goal. His art is not doing "bad" for "bad painting", but turns back to his life instinct, explores the noumenon of painting, and describes the taste and wisdom of “his own style”.

没有一种风格或者流派可以将李强强归入其中，他注重线条变化和身体反应产生的关系，作品中颇具东方气质的设色和用笔源于艺术的直觉，那值得玩味的意趣和隐喻则来自电影和文学的滋养，李强强自我解剖式的内观透视出他强大的自我意识，而对周遭的敏锐感知和对社会的洞察又指向了他看待世界的深度。如果硬要为他的艺术找个参照，那可能是简单可爱、直击人心的瓦尔达，和八面玲珑、把生活过成艺术的木心。
There is no style or school that can classify Li Qiangqiang into it, he pays attention to the relationship between line changes and body reactions. The color used in his works is quite Oriental, his painting strokes stem from artistic intuition, those interesting ideas and metaphors worth pondering come from the nourishment of film and literature, Li Qiangqiang's self dissecting inner view reveals his strong self-consciousness, and his keen perception of the surroundings and insight into society point to his depth of looking at the world. If you insist on finding a reference for his art, it may be Varda, who is simple and lovely and attacks people's hearts, and Mu Xin, who is exquisite in all aspects and lives an art.

披着翅膀的天使，血与泪交织的脸庞，还有宇宙星辰和挂满欲望的松树，那些李强强画中的符号和意象毫无防备的击中人心。他一面自我解剖式的内观，一面共情般的对外凝视，并将外部感知转化为诙谐而诗性的生命图像。
Angels with wings, faces intertwined with blood and tears, cosmic stars and pine trees full of desire, the symbols and images in Li Qiangqiang's paintings hit people unprepared. On the one hand, he dissected his inner view, on the other hand, he gazed at the outside like empathy, and transformed the external perception into a humorous and poetic image of life.

展览从李强强第一件真正意义上的作品，到2022年最新的丙烯画作，将呈现他职业生涯不同阶段的重要作品。其中《向自己开刀》是获奖作品《人人人，不是人》的同系列 ，李强强将自己在医院“受难”的肉身感知转化为美学意义上的身体图像，对自己身体的“景观式”解剖。他兼收并蓄的运用各种材料和手段，呈现了身体在文化层面的复杂性，让画面在混乱中流露出立体主义的运动感，挑战着作品可读性的界限。显示出他在立足自我的“文化身份”的基础上，试图突破绘画语言的局限性，回应全球化思潮对本土美学的冲击。
From Li Qiangqiang's first real art work to the latest acrylic painting in 2022, the exhibition will present important art works at different stages of his art career. Among them, "Dissect yourself" is the same series of the award-winning work "Man, man, man, not man", Li Qiangqiang transformed his physical perception of "suffering" in the hospital into a body image in the sense of aesthetics, and dissected his body in a "landscape style". His eclectic use of various materials and means presents the complexity of the body at the cultural level, makes the picture show a sense of cubism in the chaos, and challenges the boundary of readability of the art work. It shows that based on his "cultural identity", he tries to break through the limitations of painting language and respond to the impact of globalization trend of thought on local aesthetics.
