>>> When I wrote the following pages, or rather the bulk of them, I lived alone, in the woods, a mile from any neighbor, in a house which I had built myself, on the shore of Walden Pond, in Concord, Massachusetts, and earned my living by the labor of my hands only. I lived there two years and two months. At present, I am a sojourner in civilized life again. / 在撰写下面这些篇章，或者其中大部分章节的时候，我独自住在森林中我亲手盖的小房子里，这片森林位于马萨诸塞州康科德镇的瓦尔登湖畔，所有的邻居都在一英里之外，我完全靠自己双手劳动维持生计。我在那里生活了两年又两个月。如今，我又是文明生活中的过客了。

步客小悟
生活可以多简单？
一张床、一张小桌子、三把椅子、一面直径三英寸的镜子、一把火钳和一副铁的柴架、一个水壶、一个长柄平底锅、一个煎锅，一把长柄勺、一个脸盆、两副刀叉、三个盘子、一个杯子、一把汤勺、一个油罐、一个糖罐，还有一盖涂日本漆的灯。以上就是梭罗的全部家当，再加上他自建的小木屋，从清晨到日暮，从冬天到夏天，梭罗在大自然的怀抱中清醒的思考着，拥抱孤独，体验时光的流逝，体会人生的意义。
在这个快节奏的时代，人们总是拥挤忙碌，生活都被消耗在了琐碎之中，学习工作买房买车结婚生子，大部分人都是按照这样的既定的轨道行走，有时候走累了，不妨歇一歇，停下来思考一下，有必要让自己的生活变得这么复杂吗？是不是只顾着赶路却忘了好好享受生活的乐趣？是不是行路的时候被物欲横流的社会影响？是不是黎明对你来说并不是希望，而是扼杀你美梦的杀手？是不是好久没有静下心来读一本书，而是成了手机的奴隶？
