Despite the fact that China's borders have been opened, non-degree language students are still not permitted to enter the nation. We recently learned the wonderful news that beginning on January 8, 2023, several Chinese universities' visa application procedures would once again be open to language students. Accordingly, in the spring of 2023, language students from several universities may also travel to China to pursue their studies. You may use the list of Chinese universities below as a resource if you're interested in studying Chinese language there in the spring of 2023.1. Beijing Int’l Chinese College (BICC)A professional educational institution dedicated to promoting Chinese Mandarin on a global scale is Beijing International Chinese College (BICC). Students from all over the world have been able to enrol in Chinese language and culture classes at the institution since 2005. BICC accepts applications from people who want to travel to China to study Chinese.2. Southwestern University of the Finance and Economics (SUFE)One of China's top institutions for studying finance and economics is SWUFE (Southwestern University of Finance and Economics). It is one of the top 100 institutions in the country according to the 211 Project, a federal programme to create 100 world-class colleges by the year 2101. Modern teaching and research facilities, top-notch athletic and logistical equipment improved with convenient Wi-Fi, and other types of connections are also available at the university.3. Hainan Tropical of Ocean universityAn entirely publicly funded institution, Hainan Tropical Ocean University. It is situated in Sanya, China's southernmost seaside resort city, which has been dubbed "the Hawaii of China." It offers flats with a single room for one person, a communal kitchen, and a washing machine on each level that are only available to international students. Students can focus on their studies and live their lives in peace. Additionally, it arranges a range of extracurricular events for students from other countries. Students can experience a different way of life while learning more about China.4. East China University of the TechnologyEast China University of Science and Technology is located in Shanghai, a centre of Chinese trade, finance, and shipping (ECUST). As a certified university that has been allowed to enrol international students since 1956 by the Ministry of Education, ECUST has more than 60 years of experience in educating and supporting them.The first university in Central China that is wholly owned by Americans is Sias University, founded in 1998. It was created and is affiliated with Fort Hays State University in Kansas, the United States, and was previously affiliated with Zhengzhou University. It is the only full-time institution in China authorised by the State Council's Degree Committee to award both Chinese and American Bachelor's degrees.6. China Petroleum University (East China)China University of Petroleum (UPC), established in 1953, is a national key university that has a direct relationship with the Ministry of Education. It is also a part of the "211 Project," a national initiative to create a "innovation platform for preponderant discipline," as well as the "Double First-Rate" universities. The cities of Dongying and Qingdao in Shandong are home to the university's two campuses. The main campus is located in Qingdao, which is known as a picturesque "city by the sea" and "sailing city" with lovely surroundings. The campus has breathtakingly beautiful views of Tangdao Bay and Little Pearl Hill. The original campus of Dongying is situated in the centre of the city, which is referred to as China's "oil city" and is the largest city on the Yellow River delta.7. Zhejiang University of the TechnologyAs a comprehensive university ranked among the top 100 universities in the People's Republic of China, Zhejiang University of Technology is able to offer courses in a wide range of academic fields, including liberal arts, law, economics, commercial management, education and art, pharmaceutical science, etc. in addition to engineering. Thousands of international students from countries including America, Germany, the UK, Russia, Australia, France, Canada, Korea, Japan, Nigeria, etc. have already enrolled at the university.8. Technology University of the WuchangThe Ministry of Education of China has granted approval to the private university Wuchang University of Technology (WUT), which was founded in 1997.The growth of science, engineering, art, management, economics, literature, law, and other fields is coordinated by WUT, a full-time undergraduate institution.More than 200 international students from more than 20 countries have registered at WUT, which has partnered with more than 50 universities from those same countries. In an assessment of China's private institutions' global competitiveness, the university came in second place in 2017.Most Chinese universities currently forbid international non-degree language students from entering China.
