Police in numerous locations have received allegations from residents claiming to have received enigmatic gifts since the year’s commencement. The item inside the package—a cup or a phone holder—is standard fare. A promotional flier with the words “This is for you” printed on it and a QR code that says you can select a gift by scanning it are included with the gift.
