（一）学科领军人才
1. 任职条件：
（1）具有良好的学术领导力，在医学领域获得国内外同行公认的开创性成果和突出的学术业绩；
（2）具有组织、策划重大科研计划项目的经验，在学科发展重大战略问题上具备突出的统筹规划能力；
（3）对医学学科建设和科学研究工作具有良好的前瞻性，能够领导相关学科群发展。
2. 学科领域：
细胞生物学、神经生物学、生物化学与分子生物学、遗传与发育生物学、生物信息学、病理生理学、流行病学、公共卫生、药物化学、生物制药、重大疾病研究（恶性肿瘤、心血管疾病、消化系统疾病、神经系统疾病）等。
3. 相关待遇：
（1）年薪：面议，不低于120万元/年；
（2）安家费、购房补贴及科研启动经费面议；
（3）提供优越的工作条件，配置科研助理等。
（二）青年学科带头人
1. 任职条件：
（1）具有较强的团队组织力，在所在学科（专业）方向取得重要的代表性成果，具有较好的学术竞争力和较大发展潜力；
（2）具有良好的学科发展规划，对本学科建设和科学研究工作有创新性构想。
2. 学科领域：
细胞生物学、结构生物学、神经生物学、生物化学与分子生物学、遗传与发育生物学、生物信息学、病理生理学、流行病学、公共卫生、药理学、药物化学、生物制药、重大疾病研究（心血管疾病、消化系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、神经系统疾病）等。
3. 相关待遇：
（1）年薪：面议，不低于60万元/年；
（2）安家费、购房补贴及科研启动经费面议。
（三）青年优秀人才
1. 任职条件：
(1)具有较强学术能力，在本学科内具有影响力的代表性成果；
(2)具有发展潜力，对本学科建设具有创新性构想，具有冲击国内先进水平的潜力；
(3)具有2年以上博士后经历。
2. 学科领域：
细胞生物学、结构生物学、神经生物学、生物化学与分子生物学、遗传与发育生物学、生物信息学、病理生理学、流行病学、公共卫生、药理学、药物化学、生物制药、重大疾病研究（心血管疾病、消化系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、神经系统疾病）等。
3. 相关待遇：

Nanchang University Welcomes Applications for Principal/Independent Investigator Positions in Biomedical Sciences
Nanchang University is one of the national "World Double First-class" discipline construction universities and among the top 100 national project universities for the 21st century (211 Universities). It is a renowned comprehensive university, located in the famous and beautiful city of Nanchang. The University has gained a reputation for excellence in medical education and research.
To maintain cutting edge biomedical research and to build up research-based education, the University is now opening full-time positions for principal/independent investigators at multiple levels, and cordially invites qualified applicants from all over the world.
Specific areas, requirements and qualifications:
I.Research Areas of Interest
Cell Biology, Neurobiology, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Genetics, Developmental Biology, Bioinformatics, Pathophysiology, Epidemiology and Public Health, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Biopharmaceuticals, Clinical Medical Sciences (with an emphasis in Cancer Biology, Cardiovascular diseases, Digestive diseases, and Nervous system diseases, etc.
II.Levels of Recruitment
(I) Senior/Leading Investigators
Candidates will need to demonstrate:
(1) Well-recognized academic leadership and outstanding achievements in his/her field;
(2) Experience in leading high impact research projects;
(3) Ability to foresee trends in medical science development, making strategic decisions to orient and lead research .
(II) Outstanding Young Independent Investigators
Candidates will need to demonstrate:
(1) Excellent leadership and representative achievements in his/her areas of research.
(2) Knowledge and experience in designing projects with great potential and significance to explore the frontiers of specific fields.
(III) Excellent Young Independent Investigator
Candidates will need to demonstrate:
(1) Systematic training in research, with at least 2 years of postdoctoral experience and important achievements in his/her field.
(2) Strong potential to independently carry out impacted research projects, and produce innovative and creative insights on specific topics.
III.Salary and Benefits
1.Salary: generously competitive salary. Negotiable, starting from 1,200,000 RMB based on qualifications for Category (I), from 600,000 RMB for Category (II), and from 300,000 RMB for Category (III);
2.Relocation fees, house-buying subsidy and access to excellent affiliated schools for children;
3.Generous start-up funds and state-of-the-art core-facilities;
4.Comfortable and efficient working conditions and administrative support for recruitment of research assistants, undergraduate and postgraduate students, etc.
