Congratulations to Ambassador Joe Manso for his distinguished four-decade service to our country.  As a friend and colleague, I have admired his professionalism and commitment to the U.S. Foreign Service.  @josephmanso

Congratulations to my longtime friend and colleague Toby Bradley on his confirmation by the Senate to be our Ambassador to Guatemala.  He is truly one of our finest career Foreign Service Officers.  Well deserved.
