建议4种坚果扔掉也别吃!
现在坚果的口味很多,焦糖核桃、盐焗腰果、奶味花生……这类的坚果也不建议吃或要少吃。因为这类特殊口味的调制的坚果,如果味道太重说明糖、盐、油、香精等调料,以及一些食品添加剂过量加入,长期食用可能会三高、肥胖等风险。此外,口味越重的坚果,其隐藏变质的可能性就越大。过重的味道会遮蔽掉霉变、焦煳的味道。
