很多人睡眠其实不规律,今天想早睡就早点睡,明天想熬夜就晚点睡。2023年8月,一项发表在《睡眠健康》(Sleep Health)杂志上研究显示:保持稳定的睡眠习惯,有助于减缓身体生物衰老过程。与睡眠习惯稳定的人相比,入睡时间偏差较大、工作日和周末睡眠差异大的人身体生物年龄老了9个月。⑧
