The House of Givenchy announced on Monday its founder Hubert de Givenchy, the aristocratic legend of French haute couture, died at the age of 91.

The idea of an Arctic corridor took shape on Friday as a Finnish-Norwegian working group unveiled the plan to extend the existing Finnish railway system to the Arctic Ocean via Norway.
