面试官提出这个问题是为了看应聘者是否有长远的工作目标。

在回答这个问题时，最好表示将职位和工作或是进步和学习的机会等当作自己的动力，而非薪资，这样才能吸引面试官，让对方认为你是为了工作而工作，而不是单为了薪资，也更能够让对方认为你就是他们需要的人才。
