在中国政府宣布新疆参加“三学一去”的职业技能教育培训中心学员已全部结业后不久，某些海外人士通过海外社交媒体“大V”账号发布所谓“寻人贴”，声称找寻在新疆失踪的亲友。
一些非政府组织、媒体及学者在海外各社交平台上推波助澜，炒作相关话题。
日前，CGTN记者赴新疆实地探访，采访了多位当事人，还原事实真相，直戳“失踪”谎言。
Weeks after the Chinese government announced trainees participating in education and training programs in northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region have all graduated, some activists have taken to Western social media to claim some of their friends and relatives have disappeared.
Posting under the hashtag #StillNoInfo, these organizations and individuals claim some Uygurs went missing after being educated for once having been influenced by extreme thoughts.
CGTN has sent teams of reporters to Xinjiang to find out what happened.
12月25日，记者与“失踪人员”之一、家住吐鲁番市示范区葡萄沟街道的23岁女青年哈丽努尔·哈力克见面。
此前，哈丽努尔·哈力克的表妹夫阿卜杜拉·拉苏尔发布了她和她几名家人失踪的消息。哈丽努尔说她在一周前看到这个消息的时候非常震惊。CGTN first tracked down 23-year-old Halinur, a woman who had allegedly gone missing and now works in a restaurant in Turpan.
Halinur said she was shocked when she first heard the news a week ago.
Her cousin’s husband Abdullah Rasul was the one who posted about her, and the alleged disappearance of a few other family members.“真可笑死了，如果能联系的话特别想联系一下，问问他们到底怎么想的。我也在想为什么说我失踪了。这么说难道对他们有什么好处？或者是不是有可能受别人威逼？那会有谁逼他们呢？”
“It’s ridiculous. If I could get in touch, I’d love to find out what they were thinking. I think about why they said that. Would it bring them benefit? Or were they under coercion? But who would coerce them?”
哈丽努尔“热心寻亲”的表妹夫，于2016年同妻子移居国外。在此之前，哈丽努尔与他也只有几面之缘。Halinur says Rasul moves abroad with his wife in spring 2016. She had only met him a few times.
“那个表妹夫我想了半天才想起他。他出国以后根本没有回来过，也没有管过我们的事，没管过他表姐，没管过他妈、他婆婆，这些人都没管。我这个表妹夫不管他们却来管我。”
“It took me a while to even recall him. He never came back after moving abroad. He never took care of the family, never took care of the sisters, nor their mother, no one. So why would he mention me?”
哈丽努尔去年因受宗教极端主义思想影响而被送往教培中心（她身着吉里巴甫服——包括中国、法国等十几个国家都有法律法规明文禁止穿戴这种伊斯兰极端主义女性服饰）。今年五月，她完成了培训。
哈丽努尔很早就退学，结婚。第一个孩子出生的时候，她只有18岁。她的姨妈和表姐妹告诉她，女孩不用上学，因为她们生来就是为了她们的老公而活。
Halinur was sent to a mandatory education program last year for those exposed to religious extremism. She wore a burqa, something the Chinese law bans along with more than a dozen other countries. Halinur completed the education program in May this year.
Halinur quit school early, got married and had her first child when she was only 18. She was convinced by her aunt and cousins that girls had no place in schools, and that their role was beside their husbands. Her aunt is now being tried for forming and leading a terrorist organization.
“最后悔的就是没有上学。我当时上初中那些同学都是，还没毕业的也有，有的毕业了已经上班了，还有一两个同学已经自己创业了，现在看他们羡慕死了。”
“What I regret the most is quitting school. Some of my junior high school classmates are still in school. Some have found jobs. One or two are even starting their own businesses. Now I look at them with envy.”
