During an exclusive interview with CGTN, Liu said that although he didn't expect the picture would touch so many people on the internet, he found it a memorable moment. A respected violinist, Mr. Wang has been in a severe condition and confined in hospital for a long time. Now officials say he's out of danger. "We'll keep fighting the coronavirus side by side and embrace victory as soon as possible," said Liu.

After qualifying for the role, she started working as a chauffeur in her spare time for doctors and nurses who need to commute between an affiliated hospital and Xi'an Jiaotong University. Zhang is one of 30 volunteers who began their duties as drivers in late February.
