北京市所有社区（村）都采取三级应急响应、二级防控措施、一级工作状态

据国家卫生健康委员会官方网站消息，6月14日0—24时，31个省（自治区、直辖市）和新疆生产建设兵团报告新增确诊病例49例；其中，本土病例39例（北京36例，已完成流调的34例均与新发地市场有关，还有2例正在流调中）；无新增死亡病例。

Chinese health authorities said on Monday that they had received reports of 49 confirmed new COVID-19 cases on the Chinese mainland on Sunday, of which 39 were local transmissions. No new deaths were reported.

Among the local infections, 36 were reported in Beijing and 34 out of the 36 new cases were either directly or indirectly linked to Xinfadi wholesale market, including 19 people who worked there.

Details of another two cases are still investigated, an official told a press briefing on Monday afternoon.

截至目前，北京市8个区已经报告病例。而6月11日以前，北京已连续56天无本地新发病例。

So far, at least eight districts in Beijing have reported confirmed cases. The city reported zero local transmissions for 56 days before June 11. 

新发地农产品批发市场内的8000多名工作人员，已全部进行了核酸检测。目前，新发地农产品批发市场周边11个小区和玉泉东市场周边10个社区，全部实行封闭管理，正在对9万小区居民进行核酸检测。

全市已排查5月30日以来曾去过新发地农产品批发市场的人员近20万。

Over 8,000 staff members at Xinfadi wholesale market have been tested and moved to designated areas for medical observation, said officials. 

People who live in the same community as a confirmed COVID-19 patient will be required to get nucleic acid tests. 

And for the 90,000 or so residents who live in 21 communities near Xinfadi market in Fengtai District and Yuquandong market in Haidian District, closed-off management has also activated, meaning no one is allowed to enter or exit. 

The official said around 200,000 people have been to Xinfadi market since May 30.

据河北卫健委消息，6月14日0—24时，河北省新增报告新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊病例3例（系北京市6月11日新增本地确诊病例的密切接触者）。其中，河北保定市进入战时状态，启动战时机制，严防疫情扩散。

On Sunday, north China's Hebei Province also registered three domestically transmitted COVID-19 cases which local authorities confirmed were all related to Beijing's cases. 

Baoding City in Hebei Province is now in "wartime emergency" mode, with prevention and control measures tightened, according to the local government. 

据辽宁卫健委消息，6月13日0—24时，辽宁省新增2例新冠肺炎确诊病例，均为6月12日沈阳市报告的无症状感染者转归确诊病例（系北京市6月12日确诊病例密切接触者）。

Earlier on June 13, Northeast China's Liaoning Province also reported two new confirmed infections. Both of them were also close contacts of the confirmed cases in Beijing, the local health commission said.

据四川卫健委消息，6月14日0-24时，四川新增疑似病例1例（6月9日从北京乘机抵蓉后乘私家车抵达雅安市石棉县，其丈夫系6月13日北京确诊病例）。

Southwest China's Sichuan Province on Sunday reported a new suspected case of the novel coronavirus that is also linked to a case in Beijing.

今天上午，北京市召开疫情防控例行新闻发布会。北京市委宣传部副部长徐和建介绍，将以新发地及周边地区为重点，实施最严格流调、全面溯源工作，对重点地区、重点区域、重点人群检测全覆盖，逐步扩大检测范围，及时发现确认病例和无症状感染者。

6月14日，北京核酸检测机构共检测76499人，其中59份结果为阳性。新发地周边11个小区采样41510人，检测6284人，检测结果均为阴性。

On Monday, Beijing authorities held a press conference on the prevention and control of the coronavirus in the Chinese capital city. 

After new COVID-19 cases were reported in the city and coronavirus was detected at the Xinfadi wholesale market in the southern Fengtai District, local authorities escalated control measures to curb the spread of coronavirus.

Beijing has conducted 76,499 COVID-19 tests on Sunday with 59 of them showing positive results, an official said at a regular press conference on Monday morning.

According to the official, Beijing has completed the collection of 41,510 samples for COVID-19 tests from 11 neighborhoods near Xinfadi wholesale market while 6,284 so far have shown negative results.

疫情防控失职失责！北京丰台区副区长等被免职Officials sacked after COVID-19 cases reported in Beijing's Fengtai District

昨天下午，北京市委常委会召开会议，研究关于对丰台区有关人员在新冠肺炎疫情防控工作中失职失责问题初步调查和处理的事项。

经北京市委常委会研究，给予丰台区副区长周宇清免职处理。经丰台区委常委会研究，给予丰台区花乡党委书记王华免职处理；责令有关单位免去张月琳新发地农产品批发市场总经理职务。

Zhou Yuqing, deputy head of Fengtai District, has been removed from the post for "failing" in his duty in COVID-19 prevention and control work, according to the report. 

Wang Hua, the Party Secretary of Huaxiang Town in Fengtai District, and Zhang Yuelin, general manager of the Xinfadi Agricultural Products Wholesale Market Company, were also removed from their posts.

采取坚决果断措施遏制北京聚集性疫情扩散蔓延Vice premier urges decisive measures as Beijing cluster grows

中共中央政治局委员、国务院副总理孙春兰14日在国务院联防联控机制会议上强调：

△  此次聚集性疫情与新发地农产品批发市场高度关联，市场人员密集、流动性大，疫情扩散的风险很高，要采取坚决果断措施，切实防止疫情扩散蔓延。

△  以新发地及周边地区为重点实施最严格的流调，开展深入全面的溯源工作，更加主动发现并控制感染源头。

△  支持北京市提升核酸检测能力，对重点区域、重点人群检测全覆盖，逐步扩大检测范围，及时发现确诊病例和无症状感染者。

On Sunday, Chinese Vice Premier Sun Chunlan called for resolute and decisive measures in Beijing to avoid further spread of the COVID-19 outbreak. 

Containing the epidemic at the source is essential, Sun said, urging comprehensive moves to trace the origin of the virus. 

Meanwhile, she supported Beijing's efforts to increase its nucleic acid testing capacity, so as to cover all key areas and communities. 

Without having full knowledge of the mutation of the virus, Sun underlined the arduous tasks for regular epidemic prevention and control, demanding continuous measures to guard against imported cases and prevent a resurgence of the outbreak at home.
