美国又乱了！抗议者烧毁餐厅，遭枪杀非裔男子尸检结果出炉

一波未平，一波又起。

非裔男子乔治·弗洛伊德之死引发的抗议浪潮还没有平息，美国佐治亚州亚特兰大市12日又发生了一起非裔男子被警察枪杀事件。被枪击致死的男子名叫雷萨德·布鲁克斯，年仅27岁。

目前正值全美反种族歧视、抗议警察暴力执法的高峰，布鲁克斯的死亡进一步激发了当地民众的愤怒情绪。在刚刚过去的这个周末，亚特兰大的抗议活动持续升级。数百名抗议者走上街头，还烧毁了事发地温迪餐厅。

The fatal shooting of an African Amerian man by a white police officer, this time in Atlanta, Georgia, poured more fuel Sunday on a raging U.S. debate over racism after another round of street protests and the resignation of the city's police chief.

A Wendy's restaurant where 27-year-old Rayshard Brooks was killed, was set on fire Saturday and hundreds of people marched to protest the killing.

 布鲁克斯尸检结果出炉 

当地媒体14日援引佐治亚州富尔顿县法医办公室的消息称，布鲁克斯的尸检报告显示，他的背部有两处中枪，死因是枪伤导致的器官损伤和失血过多。

The autopsy of Rayshard Brooks shows that he was shot twice in the back and died from organ damage and blood loss from the two gunshot wounds, local media reports said, citing the Fulton County Medical Examiner's Office.

警方公布现场视频 

亚特兰大警方14日公布的执法记录仪录像显示，12日晚，亚特兰大警方试图在温迪餐厅外逮捕布鲁克斯，但遭到其奋力反抗。视频中可以看到，布鲁克斯在抢夺执法人员的电击枪后逃跑。

Atlanta's Police Department on Sunday released bodycam and dashboard camera footage of the attempted arrest and fatal shooting of Brooks outside the Wendy's restaurant in Georgia's capital on Friday.

 事件回顾 

当地时间12日晚，亚特兰大一家温迪餐厅举报布鲁克斯将车停在穿梭餐厅的车道上睡觉。警方接到举报后对布鲁克斯进行了酒精检测，据称他的检测结果不合格。警方随即试图将其逮捕，但遭到布鲁克斯抵抗。

社交媒体上流传的一段视频显示，两名白人警察在停车场将布鲁克斯摔倒在地，其中一名警察试图使用电击枪，但布鲁克斯一把将电击枪夺走，然后迅速逃跑。

The incident began when police responded to a complaint that Brooks was asleep in his car, blocking the drive-in lane at the Wendy's restaurant.

Brooks allegedly failed a sobriety test administered by police, and when the officers tried to arrest him, a struggle broke out.

Video of the incident circulating on social media showed two white police officers wrestling Brooks to the ground in the parking lot.

One of them attempts to use a Taser on Brooks, but he manages to grab the stun gun and run away, the video images show.

佐治亚州调查局公布的一段餐厅监控录像显示，布鲁克斯转过身来，似乎将电击枪对准警察。佐治亚州调查局局长称，一名警察伸手掏出武器，在布鲁克斯转身时“枪响了”。布鲁克斯被送往医院，但最终不治身亡。该事件还导致一名警察受伤。

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI), which probes police-involved killings, also released restaurant surveillance video that showed Brooks turn and appear to fire the Taser at the officers.

An officer reaches for his service weapon, and as Brooks turns back "the weapon goes off," GBI director Vic Reynolds told reporters.

Brooks was taken to the hospital but died after surgery, the GBI said, adding that one officer was injured.

布鲁克斯家人的律师斯图尔特指出，在佐治亚州，电击枪并不是致命武器。斯图尔特强调，警察在逮捕布鲁克斯时还有其他选择，而不是直接杀了他。

斯图尔特还介绍说，布鲁克斯有四个孩子，在12日事发当天，他刚给8岁的女儿过完生日。

An attorney acting for the dead man's family said disproportionate force was used in the confrontation.

"In Georgia, a Taser is not a deadly weapon – that's the law," L. Chris Stewart told reporters.

"Support came, in I think two minutes. He would have been boxed in and trapped. Why did you have to kill him?"

"(The officer) had other options than shooting a man in the back."

Brooks had four children, Stewart added, and had celebrated the birthday of his 8-year-old daughter earlier on Friday.

据悉，布鲁克斯死亡事件是佐治亚州调查局今年处理的第48起涉警开枪案。

His death is the 48th shooting involving an officer that the GBI has been asked to investigate this year, according to local newspaper the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. 

 涉事警察被处理 警察局长辞职

13日，亚特兰大市长凯莎·博特姆斯在新闻发布会上宣布，该市警察局局长艾丽卡·谢尔茨已决定辞职。对于此次布鲁克斯死亡事件，她表示：“我认为这不是使用致命性武器的正当理由。”此外，枪击布鲁克斯的警察已被革职。

Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms announced at a news conference Saturday that Police Chief Erika Shields had decided to step down.

"I do not believe this was a justified use of deadly force," Bottoms said. The officer who shot Brooks – identified as Garrett Rolfe – was dismissed.
