美国要制裁香港特首等多名官员?他们回应了：“白费劲”，“不会被吓倒！”
美国财政部昨日（7日）称对香港特区行政长官林郑月娥等11名中国内地及香港官员实施制裁。
林郑月娥代表其他被制裁的高级官员回应表示：“我们不会被吓怕。”另外，她坦承自己的访美签证有效期是到2026年，既然并不向往到这个国家去，看来也可主动注销了。
中央人民政府驻香港特别行政区联络办公室主任骆惠宁则表示：“被美国列入制裁名单，恰说明我为国家、为香港做了我应该做的事情。我在国外没有一分钱资产，搞‘制裁’不是白费劲吗？当然，我也可以向特朗普先生寄去100美元，以供其冻结之用。”
香港警务处处长邓炳强表示，“维护国家及香港的安全是我的责任和荣誉，外国对我的制裁，对我来说毫无意义，我会继续专心做好维护国家及香港安全的工作。”
香港特首办主任陈国基则坦言，“我和我的家人毫不畏惧。我非常荣幸有机会在这个岗位服务，我定竭尽所能，一切以国家和香港的利益为依归。”
香港中联办发言人今天发表谈话，对美国财政部宣布对多位中国政府涉港工作机构负责人和香港特区官员实施所谓制裁表示坚决反对和强烈谴责。发言人指出，我们绝不会畏惧任何蛮横霸道，如果美国认为所谓制裁就能让中国人妥协退让，那他们是弄错了时代、打错了算盘、枉费了心机。
发言人指出，不久前，中国制定颁布实施香港国安法，填补香港维护国家安全的制度漏洞，有效维护了香港社会秩序，使市民生活重回正轨、法治正义得到彰显，开启了香港由乱到治的历史转折。然而，自这部法律公布以来，一些美国政客就坐立不安，对中国内政横加干涉，如今又违反国际法基本准则倒行逆施，以“限制香港政治自由”的荒谬借口，对我官员搞所谓制裁打压。这再次证明他们所关心维护的，根本不是港人的权利和自由，而是“港独派”危害中国国家安全的自由，是“黑暴派”摧毁香港法治底线的自由，是“揽炒派”搞乱香港、损害香港市民利益的自由。美国政客为反中乱港分子撑腰张目的不良居心已昭然若揭，其小丑动作实在可笑。
The Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) on Saturday said it strongly condemns sanctions imposed by Washington that targeted Hong Kong officials.
The U.S. on Friday imposed sanctions on 11 Hong Kong officials including HKSAR Chief Executive Carrie Lam and Luo Huining, director of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the HKSAR.
"The unscrupulous intentions of the U.S. politicians to support the anti-China chaos in Hong Kong have been revealed, and their clowning actions are really ridiculous," the office said in a statement.
Since the national security law for the HKSAR was introduced, some U.S. politicians have been interfering in China's internal affairs. They violated the basic norms of international law and imposed so-called sanctions on Hong Kong officials. It proves that what they care about is not the rights and freedoms of Hong Kong residents at all, but the freedom of the "Hong Kong independence faction" that endangers China's national security, said the statement.
It added that China is not afraid of any outrageous move and the so-called sanctions cannot and will never lead China to compromise on its fundamental principles.
针对美国驻港总领馆发表声明诋毁香港国安法，外交部驻港公署发言人表示强烈不满和坚决反对，敦促美方尊重包括香港同胞在内的中国人民维护国家安全的正当权利，停止打着言论自由等幌子干预香港事务和中国内政。
发言人说，国家安全立法是一国安身立命之本，也是各国的普遍法律实践。制定香港国安法有利于确保“一国两制”沿着法治轨道行稳致远，有利于保障香港的长治久安。美国自己拥有全世界最密不透风、适用于包括海外领地在内每一寸领土的国家安全法律，并且动辄滥用国家安全名义损害别国合法权益，却反过头来诋毁阻挠中方在香港制定实施国安法，暴露出赤裸裸的双重标准、意识形态偏见和霸权嘴脸。
发言人指出，香港国安法实施以来，香港居民欢欣鼓舞。现在，香港社会大是大非的标准更加明确，黑暴揽炒的戾气明显减弱，爱国爱港的正气蔚然成风，各界都在集中精力抗击疫情、振兴经济。美方将这些积极变化诬蔑为“寒蝉效应”是何居心？遵纪守法在美方口中为何就变成了“自我审查”？美方把香港国安法与“民主、人权、自由”对立起来，迫不及待跳出来替反中乱港分子撑腰打气，恰恰反映出其“唯恐香港不乱”的险恶用心。
The Office of the Commissioner of the Chinese Foreign Ministry in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) on Friday urged the U.S. consulate general in Hong Kong to stop smearing the national security law in Hong Kong.
A spokesperson of the commissioner's office expressed strong opposition to a statement by the U.S. consulate general.
In its statement, the U.S. consulate called the law "draconian" and said it was "never about security."
The United States should respect the legitimate right of Chinese people including Hong Kong compatriots to safeguard national security and stop interfering in Hong Kong affairs, which are China's internal affairs, on the pretext of freedom of speech, the spokesperson said.
National security legislation is an international legal practice and the national security law in Hong Kong will ensure the enduring success of "One Country, Two Systems" based on the rule of law and preserve the long-term stability of Hong Kong, the spokesperson said.
The United States has a sophisticated system of national security laws applied to even its overseas territories and frequently abuses national security to infringe upon other countries' lawful rights and interests, the spokesperson said, noting that the United States' accusing of the national security law in Hong Kong is nothing short of double standards, ideological bias and hegemonic thinking.
发言人表示，香港国安法在坚守“一国”原则基础上充分尊重“两制”差异，作出了一系列确保香港特区高度自治的创新安排，是对“一国两制”的加固和完善。美方口口声声说维护香港的独特性和高度自治，干的却是取消香港特殊待遇、破坏香港繁荣稳定的勾当！香港的成功靠的是祖国内地的鼎力支持，靠的是香港同胞的团结奋斗。任何外部势力的威胁施压都是徒劳的，是注定要失败的！
发言人强调，中方一直为外国驻港领事机构依法履职提供必要协助和支持。同时，外国驻港领事机构必须尊重、遵守包括香港国安法在内的香港法律以及包括《维也纳领事关系公约》在内的国际法和国际关系基本准则，不得从事任何干涉中国内政和香港事务、危害中国国家安全、破坏香港繁荣稳定的行为和活动。
