世界最高级别的“嘴仗”！普京：建议再来场直播
近日，美国总统拜登一句“同意普京是杀手”，将美俄两位领导人推到了国际舆论的风口浪尖。
作为国际舞台上的两股重要力量，美俄之间一直较量不停，随着拜登的登台，双方的“争锋”也再度升级。白宫发言人更直言不讳表示，美国现政府在处理同俄罗斯的关系上将有别于上届政府。
就在美俄关系摇摆反复之际，日前，美国情报机构发布了一份报告，称俄罗斯干预了美国2020总统大选。随后，美国总统拜登火力全开，不仅在公开场合扬言要普京为此事“付出代价”，更指责其是“冷血杀手”。
In an interview with ABC News, Biden was asked about a U.S. intelligence report that the Russian leader tried to harm his candidacy in the November 2020 election and promote that of Donald Trump. "He will pay a price," the 78-year-old Biden said.
Asked if he thought Putin, who has been accused of ordering the poisoning of opposition leader Alexei Navalny and other rivals, is a "killer," Biden said: "I do."
此前，拜登也曾多次公开批评俄罗斯，但在其入主白宫后，发表如此直接针对另一国元首的言论尚属首次。不仅总统“重拳出击”，美国针对俄罗斯的“小动作”也持续不断，就在拜登发表上述言论当天，美国商务部宣布将扩大对俄罗斯实施的出口限制。
双方的“口水战”就此引爆。
对于拜登此番“点名道姓”，俄罗斯反应十分强烈。俄国家杜马（议会下院）主席维亚切斯拉夫沃洛金在一份声明中抨击称，“普京是我们的总统，攻击他就是对我们国家的攻击”。
俄罗斯驻美大使馆也迅速发声，怒批美国的指控毫无根据。在声明中，俄大使馆称已召回了俄驻美大使安东诺夫，商讨评估美俄的关系前景。召回大使兹事体大，要知道，俄罗斯极少召回驻美大使，上次召回还要追溯到1998年，当时西方对伊拉克发动了空袭。
Biden's comments were aired as the U.S. Commerce Department announced it was toughening export restrictions imposed on Russia over the Navalny case.
On the same day, Russia called its Ambassador to the U.S. Anatoly Antonov back to Moscow for consultations, though the U.S. State Department did not reciprocate by recalling its own ambassador to Moscow.
The Russian government said Antonov had been called back from Washington to Moscow as relations with the US had reached a "blind alley."
The U.S. is expected to impose sanctions on Russia as soon as next week over the intelligence report's conclusions.
就在两国气氛已是剑拔弩张之时，俄罗斯总统普京化刚为柔，不仅给拜登送上一句“美好祝愿”，更建议与拜登展开一次毫无保留的“直播形式”的公开对话，解决问题。
普京强调，他已经指示俄罗斯外交部安排与拜登的通话，这一活动可能在本周五或下周一举行。普京指出，核大国肩负着维护全球战略安全的责任，俄美两国人民对这一对话都会感兴趣。希望对话涉及两国关系、战略稳定、防疫以及地区冲突等问题。
Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday that he would like to invite his U.S. counterpart Joe Biden to an online meeting to continue their discussions on bilateral ties. He also wished Biden "good health."
"I want to invite President Biden to continue our discussions, but on the condition that we do this actually live, as they say, online," he said on a local TV program.
It would be an "open direct discussion" that would be "interesting" for the people of Russia and the U.S., said the Russian president.
The discussions could be held on Friday or Monday, and the Kremlin is ready at any time convenient for the White House, Putin said, adding that he would give relevant instructions to the Russian foreign ministry.
面对普京的“落落大方”，美国方面则略显避重就轻。在18日的记者会上，白宫发言人普萨基表示拜登并不后悔称普京为“杀手”，但没有回应有关普京要求立即进行公开通话的提问。她表示，两国总统此前已经进行过对话，“当然总统明天（即周五）会在佐治亚州，而且非常忙。”
随后，她强调，拜登与普京相识多年，两人共同经历了美俄关系的很多阶段，拜登相信能继续与普京致力于两国关系的发展。
