Tropical Storm Nalgae triggered flash floods and landslides in many parts of the Philippines last weekend. The death toll from the storm has risen to 132, the Office of Civil Defense said on Tuesday. CGTN Stringer interviewed residents about the damage. One told CGTN Stringer everything in his house was damaged, with nothing good left to use.
