博鳌亚洲论坛开幕 | 今年各界代表聊什么？

博鳌亚洲论坛2023年年会于3月28日至31日在海南博鳌举行。年会主题为“不确定的世界：团结合作迎挑战，开放包容促发展”。

The Boao Forum for Asia (BFA) Annual Conference 2023 is held from March 28 to 31 in Bo'ao, Hainan under the theme "An Uncertain World: Solidarity and Cooperation for Development amid Challenges."

28日上午, 博鳌亚洲论坛发布了《可持续发展的亚洲与世界2023年度报告——亚洲发展融资：政府社会共行动》和《亚洲经济前景及一体化进程2023年度报告》。

On March 28, the BFA launched the Sustainable Development: Asia and the World Annual Report 2023 – Public Private Joint Actions in Financing Asia's Development, and the Asian Economic Outlook and Integration Progress Annual Report 2023.

《亚洲经济前景及一体化进程2023年度报告》对不确定世界中的亚洲经济前景进行了展望，深入分析了全球化大分化风险下亚洲贸易、生产、服务、投资、金融一体化和融合的进程，并重点关注了亚洲经济体外部抗冲击能力、产业链重构与韧性、应对气候变化、多边贸易规则改善与区域贸易协定落实四大热点议题。

The second report offers a projection of Asian economic outlook in an uncertain world and digs into the processes of Asian trade, production, services, investment and financial integration against the risks of fragmented globalization, with a focus on four hot topics including Asian economies' ability to withstand external shocks, reconstruction and resilience of industrial chains, climate change responses, and the improvement of multilateral trade rules and implementation of regional trade deals. 

今年的年会完全以线下方式举行，邀请了各国政商学媒等各界代表，围绕年会主题以及“发展与普惠”、“治理与安全”、“区域与全球”、“当下与未来”四个板块议题展开讨论。

This year's conference has fully resumed offline meetings. Delegates from governments, business, academia and media from all over the world are invited to dive deep into the theme of the conference and four topics, namely "Development and Inclusiveness," "Efficiency and security," "Regional and Global" and "The Present and the Future," seeking ways for development amid the post-COVID era and deepen cooperation in the international community.
