特朗普背后的男人、这位美国第一女婿究竟是怎样一位狠角色？

话说，还有不到5天，美国候任总统特朗普就要宣誓就职了，即将入主白宫的特朗普一早有言在先：集团全权托付儿子管理，还要提名女婿当白宫顾问，看架势也是要随心所欲大干一场的节奏~

而这位要当白宫顾问的贤婿，正是和特朗普大女儿伊万卡配一脸的贾里德·库什纳，想当初，伊万卡在特朗普竞选总统时也抢尽了老爹的风头（回顾戳这里）！

特朗普在一份声明中表示：“在竞选活动和政府过渡期间，贾里德一直是不可多得的人才以及值得信任的顾问。让他在我的班子里担任重要领导职务，我很骄傲。不论是经商还是从政，他都极为成功。在我制定和执行重大决策时，他会是团队里的重要一员。他会把美国人民放在第一位。”

嗯，从头到脚夸了个遍，就是不提是自己女婿这件事儿~

“Jared has been a tremendous asset and trusted advisor throughout the campaign and transition and I am proud to have him in a key leadership role in my administration,” Trump said in a statement last Monday.

“He has been incredibly successful, in both business and now politics. He will be an invaluable member of my team as I set and execute an ambitious agenda, putting the American people first,” Trump continued, without mentioning that Kushner is his son-in-law.

岳父大人如此“抬爱”，贤婿库什纳的回应也相当暖心。他在同一份声明中说：“候任总统以及美国人民的热情激励着我。能有机会加入这样优秀的团队，我诚惶诚恐。”

“I am energized by the shared passion of the President-elect and the American people,” Kushner said in the same statement. “I am humbled by the opportunity to join this very talented team.”

话说，特朗普之前还放过话，当总统每年只拿1美元象征性工资，如今女婿竟要分文不取了，心疼这位“第一女婿”……

Kushner’s lawyer told the New York Times his client would, in addition to not taking a salary, resign as head of Kushner Companies and divest from various assets.

“Mr. Kushner is committed to complying with federal ethics laws, and we have been consulting with the Office of Government Ethics regarding the steps he would take,” the lawyer, Jamie Gorelick, said.

Ivanka Trump's husband learned how to use Facebook micro-targeting, and social media becoming a major aspect of the campaign's voter outreach strategy.

For fundraising they turned to machine learning, installing digital marketing companies on a trading floor to make them compete for business. Ineffective ads were killed in minutes, while successful ones scaled. The campaign was sending more than 100,000 uniquely tweaked ads to targeted voters each day. In the end,the richest person ever elected president, whose fundraising effort was rightly ridiculed at the beginning of the year, raised more than $250 million in four months—mostly from small donors.

But his role quickly ballooned from there as he became a hugely influential figure in his father-in-law's campaign, wielding power over much of the campaign's strategy and data operation.

He was born and raised in comfort in Livingston, New Jersey, alongside two sisters and a brother. His grandparents had escaped during the war, arriving in the US in 1949, and his father Charles made his fortune as a New Jersey property mogul.

The young Jared won a place at Harvard despite poor grades, according to Daniel Golden, author of The Price of Admissions: How America's Ruling Class Buys Its Way into Elite Colleges.

The year of his admission, according to Mr Golden's book, Charles Kushner donated $2.5 million to the university, along with similar one-off donations to Cornell and Princeton.

Before their marriage, Ivanka converted to Judaism. Her husband comes from a devout Orthodox Jewish family, and they are raising their children in the Jewish faith.
