多地大量投放退烧药！这几地拆零销售

连日来，随着多地新冠病毒感染高峰的来临，相关治疗药物的需求明显增长，其中布洛芬及对乙酰氨基酚等退热药品较为紧缺。

面对市场变化，多地政府政策持续发力保障产品供应。据报道，包括湖北、山东、浙江等地均在加大保供力度生产布洛芬并投放市场。此外，北京、南京等地实行退烧药拆零销售政策。

With more people getting infected with the fast spreading Omicron virus, demand for medicine such as ibuprofen has surged, making it one of the hardest to buy pharmaceuticals, but the situation is being eased as more Chinese cities ramp up supply.

Making pharmacies sell the drugs by capsule, and not boxes, and setting a ceiling on drug prices and the number of capsules one can buy, can effectively ensure a hassle-free drug supply.

▌多地实施退烧药拆零销售

面对退烧类药物一盒难求的现象，多地开始执行“拆零销售”模式。

广东珠海：拆零销售、实名登记、限量购买

据“珠海发布”，从12月20日起，珠海超500家零售药店将持续供应退热类药品作拆零销售，这些药品在销售上将按照“定点、限量、拆零、限价”原则。市民在指定药店凭身份证线下购买，购买时需登记身份信息，退热药品（布洛芬缓释胶囊、双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊、洛索洛芬钠胶囊）7天内每人购买量不超过6粒，布洛芬混悬液7天内每人购买量不超过1瓶，以上品种7天内每人只能选购其中一种。

The local market regulation administration in Zhuhai, Guangdong province, has asked the over 500 local pharmacies to open packages of anti-fever drugs such as ibuprofen and sell them loose, in order to cope with the shortage of drugs during the latest outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The authorities said on Sunday that the prices of drugs must be controlled, citizens must register with their identity cards while purchasing them, and the amount of ibuprofen capsules purchased for one ID card cannot exceed six for seven days.

北京：大包装退烧药按需拆零销售

据北京日报，在19日的北京市疫情防控新闻发布会上，北京市药品监督管理局副局长王厚廷表示，合理投放药品，适用于重症患者的用药优先配送至大型三级甲等综合医院和相应专科医院，适用于儿童的剂型优先配送至设有儿科门诊的医疗机构，对于投放至药店的大包装退烧药严格要求按需拆零销售。

山东淄博：200家医药门店拆零销售发热药品

据“淄博日报”，18日下午，在山东淄博，市民李女士用7块多钱买了30片布洛芬。据淄博立健众康医药连锁有限公司工作人员介绍，新华制药生产的布洛芬片原装是100片一瓶，自12月18日起，淄博市200家医药门店拆零销售发热药品。

That's what some other cities have been doing, too. In Beijing municipality alone, fines have been issued to pharmacies that were illegally jacking up prices of anti-fever drugs.

More cities should implement such moves. The authorities should also coordinate with pharmaceutical companies to accelerate production, arrange more hands to help logistical companies recover their capabilities, as well as organize hospitals to open more fever clinics to help more patients.

▌全国多地投放退烧药

江苏南京：每天投放200万片退烧药

据“南京发布”，自12月19日起，南京市每日持续向市场投放退烧药200万片，153家零售药店统一拆零销售，每个顾客限6粒，凭身份证购买，可刷医保。

Nanjing, capital of East China’s Jiangsu province, said on Monday that it will release two million ibuprofen tablets into the market every day. Starting from Monday, 153 retail pharmacies will sell tablets that were extracted from boxes, with each consumer able to purchase a maximum of six tablets.

湖北：布洛芬等药品，全省多地陆续到货！

据“湖北发布”，在武汉，12月17日起，一周内每天就有300万片布洛芬投放。主要是覆盖武汉市的医疗机构和零售，其中，80％会投入到医疗机构 ，20％投入到零售药房终端。

CR Hubei Pharmaceutical Co said over the weekend that a daily supply of three million tablets of ibuprofen will be released in Wuhan, capital of Central China’s Hubei province, over the course of a week. Among them, 80 percent will be directed to medical institutions, while 20 percent will be distributed to retail pharmacies.

湖北省疫情防控指挥部分5次向随州市调拨急缺药物，总计7200瓶72万片布洛芬片、20万人份的抗原检测试剂、500瓶布洛芬混悬液、1500盒小儿清肺颗粒，目前已到货2500瓶共计25万片布洛芬。12月19日晚到货1500瓶布洛芬。这些药品将按照定点（确定固定药店）、定价（确定零售价格）、定量（每次限量购买，满足更多市民需求）的“三定”方式进行投放。

12月19日下午4点，30万片布洛芬、50万份抗原试剂陆续抵达十堰，于12月20日起陆续投放市场，市民可前往定点药店按需购买。

12月19—22日，在黄冈市胜利街65号康正大药房（胜利街电信斜对面），向黄冈市黄州区全体市民免费发放一批布洛芬（6万片），进店顾客扫码即可免费领取4粒（布洛芬）退烧药。

浙江：布洛芬颗粒日产量已达4万盒

据“浙江新闻”，12月18日浙江省新冠疫情防控工作新闻发布会消息，重点加强抗病毒、清热解毒类中成药、抗原试剂等抗疫物资的生产储备和供应；康恩贝制药的布洛芬颗粒日产量已达4万盒，相关重点药品产能月底前有望进一步提升。

East China’s Zhejiang province said in a meeting on Sunday that it would focus on strengthening production, storage and supply of anti-epidemic material such as anti-virus, heat-clearing and detoxifying Chinese patented medicines, and assist relevant enterprises to work at full capacity and increase production. The daily output of ibuprofen has already climbed to 40,000 boxes, and the production capacity of related key drugs is expected to further increase by the end of the month.

山东济南：110万片退烧药投放，“四类药品”全产能生产

据“济南发布”，12月16日，济南市指挥部医疗物资保障组紧急调配50万片布洛芬支援基层诊所、药店等关键环节，目前该批药物已经全部投放。12月17日继续调配60万片布洛芬缓解全市对药品的需求压力。目前，济南市纳入调度的“四类药品”共42个品种，其中，退烧药品复方氨酚烷胺胶囊、止咳药品盐酸氨溴索注射液、抗生素药品头孢克肟胶囊、抗病毒药品防风通圣丸，共21种药品都在全产能生产，库存储备充足。

山东青岛：将有100万片退烧药陆续到货

据“青岛发布”，青岛市有100万片退烧药从12月19日开始陆续到货，之后每天也将有一定数量的退烧药物进入青岛市，建议各位市民按需使用。
