Take our survey for a chance to win a Dragonfly massage package

Last year, we asked 15,000 people around the world some big questions about their cities. Things like ‘What’s your city’s most overrated neighbourhood?’ – it seems we're divided on that one: Old Xuhui, with its leafy streets and lanehouses, was both the area you loved the most and the neighbourhood you voted as the most overrated. No matter your opinions there, 88 percent of you agreed that you're proud to call Shanghai home.

We’ve once again released the Time Out Index, along with fellow Time Out cities around the world, to investigate the reality of city living in 2019. How do you rate the city for eating and drinking? Have you conquered your phone addiction? (Last year, 58 percent of Shanghaiers said they can’t go a day without using WeChat). And do you still think public phone shouters are far worse than PDA? We want answers to these questions and more, and we’re asking for your help.
We're also offering something in reward for two lucky winners. Everyone who takes part in our survey can enter our competition for a chance to win a massage package from contemporary urban retreat Dragonfly.

How to enter
1. Scan or extract the QR code below to take our quick and easy survey (it should only take ten minutes) before Friday 22. If it’s taking a while to load, try it with VPN on.
2. Follow us on WeChat (if you don't already) by searching 'timeoutshanghaieng' or extracting the QR code at the bottom of this post.
3. Send us a direct message with a screenshot of the final page of the survey (the one where we reveal your soul city), along with your name, WeChat ID and phone number by Friday 22 at 5pm.
We'll contact the two lucky winners on Monday 25 February. The package is available at Dragonfly's Shanghai spas only.
