万万没想到，却是进入了 Hard 模式，原来职场之路如此艰难？
希特勒都没使用化学武器
白宫发言人肖恩·斯派塞又双叒叕说错话了。
这一次，错得很严重！

11日，在白宫新闻发布会上，斯派塞将叙利亚总统巴沙尔·阿萨德与希特勒作比较。
他谴责阿萨德政府使用化学武器，还说即使是二战当中，希特勒也没有像阿萨德这样使用化学武器。
During a press briefing on Tuesday, White House press secretary Sean Spicer said,"...you had someone as despicable as Hitler who didn't even sink to using chemical weapons."
一语既出，现场记者为之哗然，有记者请他进一步澄清。
斯派塞解释说他知道希特勒曾使用毒气，但他没有像阿萨德一样把毒气弹投放到自己国家的城市里。
I think when you come to sarin gas, there was no — he was not using the gas on his own people the same way that Ashad [sic] is doing. I mean, there was clearly, I understand your point. Thank you. 显然，这番解释并没有啥用。
以“事实核查”闻名的 Politifact 网站给出了这样的结论：

记者会后，斯派塞很快发出声明，解释说他无意为大屠杀开脱。
他本人还现身 CNN 的电视节目表示道歉。
但是，紧急灭火似乎效果不佳。
包括众议院少数党领袖南希·佩洛西的许多重量级人物都表示，斯派塞必须被解雇（be fired）。
House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi said in a statement,
"Sean Spicer must be fired, and the president must immediately disavow his spokesman's statements. Either he is speaking for the president, or the president should have known better than to hire him."
从 pants on fire 到 under fire，再到 must be fired，斯派塞也真是够“火”的！
怒怼媒体：都是些假新闻
其实，自从斯派塞上任以来，他一直都很“火”。

上岗第一天就把关系搞得这么僵，接下来的日子里，斯派塞也没少和记者正面交锋。
3月28日，在白宫的例行记者会上，有记者追问特朗普团队在选举中是否与俄罗斯相勾结。
双方唇枪舌战之间，被逼急了的斯派塞对频频摇头的女记者说，“请别再摇头了！”

这句话也很快招致很多人的批评，其中包括希拉里·克林顿。

"April Ryan, a respected journalist with unrivaled integrity, was doing her job just this afternoon in the White House press room, and she was patronized and cut off trying to ask a question."

Patronize is talking to people as if they are stupid.
围观群众纷纷表示，这样对待一位成年女性（a grown woman）太没礼貌了（rude）！
总而言之一句话，斯派塞一着急又说错话了，又被群怼了。
有人说斯派塞是“坐在火药桶上的发言人”，在过去的三个月中，他没少怼人，也经常被怼，不时出现火爆场面。
现在的问题是，这个“火药桶”还能安然坐多久？
