在刚翻页的2020年,我们曾邀请过崔军博士讲述他六连发博士文章高产背后的故事;
科研领域的漫漫长路,我们有幸与许多老师携手并行,这次我们推出新年“心”礼专栏,邀请到了三位在科研领域深耕的老师,分享他们的发文经验,这一期为我们做分享的是来自山西农业大学的李旭凯博士。
李旭凯博士将从实验设计、论文写作、投稿、修回方面分享自己的心得。
针对某一科学问题,实验设计要合理、完善、系统,对结果要有一定的预判。千万不能脑门一热就决定做一实验,这样的实验结果一般不成系统,很可能花了经费,得到的结果几年都不知如何利用,久而久之丢到了垃圾篓。
02论文写作拿到实验结果后,先把结果做图做表,现在很多杂志都要求提交的图的矢量图,所以最好一步到位,第一次就把图做成矢量图,避免文章接收后再返修图。
把图表结果整理到PPT中,理清文章的思路、框架,按照文章行文顺序对图表排序,哪些放到正文,哪些放到附件,之后想一想有没有需要补充的实验,补充的实验尽快完成,不要等大修时审稿人提出来。
对照着PPT中的图表结果,先查阅几篇与本文实验最相近的、最新发表的文章、综述,用于帮助撰写文章的前言部分,如果自己SCI论文写作经验不足,可先以模仿高水平文章的语句用词。详细的论文写作教程可以去看徐云碧老师4个多小时的《科技英语写作专题》视频:https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/9qr8a9xebBn--zanC-kfRQ。
完成初稿之后,就需要请师长、同领域的专家朋友、专业的文字润色公司对初稿进行文字润色。这里我推荐同领域的专家朋友,他们对你的文章背景更加了解,不仅可以从文字上,也会在文章框架、意义、补充实验等方面提出更多意见,相当于一次预审稿。
03投稿先列出本领域内IF从高到低的十几个杂志,预判该文章能发表的最高杂志,按照这个杂志的格式要求整理格式。根据投稿系统一步一步进行即可。
这里审稿人可以回避对同领域内存在竞争的同行。如果你的文章比较着急,在投稿后的第二天,可以开始整理下一个预要投稿的杂志格式。
04修回如果文章不满足杂志要求,会在几天内收到编辑发的拒稿邮件。当稿件进入审稿阶段,恭喜你,距离接收又前进了一步。一般经过1-3个月的外审后,会收到专家评审意见,一般有三种情况,拒稿、大修、小修。当收到小修的意见时,基本上已确定文章可以接收了,只要按照审稿意见,逐个修改文章细节,回答审稿人问题就好。
当收到大修的意见时,就需要按照审稿意见,补充一些必要的实验,当然,如果你认为结果已经足够,可在回信中写出充足的不补充实验的理由,也是可以的。
