2023年6月京张遗址公园一期核心区C区即将施工全面完成，正在试运营阶段（一期C区即知春路至北四环段1公里长范围，面积共11.8公顷）。至此，北京市海淀区京张遗址公园全线9公里的贯通由此拉开序幕。C区的设计融合了铁路文化，生态慢行与现代都市生活。京张遗址公园将成为北京市城市更新项目的典范，是缝合城市创造新型公共开放空间的先行者。
2020年4月TLS设计方案「京张动线公园」被选为全线概念设计优胜方案之一，并在节点一和节点二详细方案设计的评选中胜出，共获得3个重要奖项。

On June 2023, phase I-part C of the Jingzhang
Railway Park will complete construction soon and it is in trial operation now.(Phase I part C is the 1 km
long distance from north of Zhichun Road to the North Fourth Ring Road,
totaling 11.8 hectares). The design integrates
railroad culture, ecological slow traffic and modern city life. Jingzhang Railway Park will certainly
become a model for urban renewal projects in Beijing and a totally new type of
public open space.
On April 2020, TLS’s design was selected
as one of the winning proposals for the conceptual design of the entire line,
and won the selection of the detailed proposal design for Node 1 and Node 2,
winning a total of three major awards.▲效果图 © TLS
TLS在三年时间里深度参与到方案修改，深化设计，扩初设计，施工配合，现场监管，群众答疑等工作，将竞赛中的设计理念从始至终贯穿进公园落地，与合作伙伴们一同将“历史传承”“开放共享”“凸显科创”“集约利用”“绿色生态”五大特点完整展现。
京张遗址公园C区以清华园火车站为核心，将原有清华园站附近铁路线路复原模拟形态形成公园的园路体系，将各种城市功能与火车铁路元素融为一体。设计打造了一系列特色空间：清华园站火车市集，社区舞台，火车农园，雨水花园，铁轨音乐森林，模拟铁轨转盘的铁路转盘花园，环丘剧场，银杏铁道，活力球场等。
TLS has been deeply
involved in schematic design, design deepening, detailed design,
construction cooperation, construction administration, and public Q&A for
three years. And the design concept of the competition has been penetrated into
the park from the beginning to the end, and the five characteristics of
"historical inheritance", "open sharing",
"highlighting science and innovation", "intensive use", and
"green ecology" have been fully displayed together with the partnersJingzhang Railway Park takes Qinghuayuan
Railway Station as the core part, restoring the railroad lines near the
original Qinghuayuan Station and integrating various urban functions with train
and railroad elements. The design creates a number
of characteristic spaces: a train market at Qinghuayuan Railway Station, a community stage, a train farm, a rain garden, a railway track sound forest, a railroad
turntable garden simulating a railroad track turntable, a Circular mound Amphitheater, ginkgo railway track,
