香港知名酒吧Stockton来上海了!Stockton pop-up at the Portman's Ritz Bar
以“藏在昏暗小巷尽头”为特色的香港超酷餐吧Stockton即将空降上海! 6月6日到9日,它将在上海波特曼丽思卡尔顿酒店丽嘉阁闪亮登场,为魔都酒客带来别样体验。
Stockton在今年亚洲50家最佳酒吧榜单中位列第11,以复古情调和别具一格的创意鸡尾酒闻名圈内。调酒大师Suraj Gurung为此次上海快闪带来了Minds Undone酒单上的五款鸡尾酒。这一酒单是他在2017年专为Stockton创作的,以知名小说家、诗人和艺术大师为灵感,包括13款充满异国风情的特色鸡尾酒,里面用到了不少异域和另类原料——想想马鞭草糖浆和肉豆蔻皮酊剂你就知道了。
2011年,Suraj加入了Maximal Concepts旗下多项大奖加身的餐厅 Blue · Butcher & Meat Specialist。从那时起,他作为集团调酒大师为包括Stockton在内的多家门店设计了创意酒单。
6月6日到9日每晚7点到凌晨1点,Suraj 都会在丽嘉阁吧台后恭候大驾。当然,如果你是波特曼丽思卡尔顿酒店早午餐的粉丝,也可以在6月10日中午12点至下午2点半到波特曼餐厅用餐,他将在当天的周日早午餐上现场调酒。

Stockton, the uber-cool bar and restaurant “down a dark alleyway” in Central, Hong Kong, will take over the Ritz Bar & Lounge at the Portman Ritz Carlton Shanghai from June 6 to 9.
Ranked No11 in this year’s Asia’s 50 Best Bars, Stockton is known for its old school vibes and creative cocktails. For the Shanghai pop-up, mixologist Suraj Gurung will present five cocktails from the bar’s Minds Undone cocktail menu, which he curated in 2017. Inspired by famous storytellers, poets and iconic artists, the menu consists of 13 cocktails that comprise exotic and extraordinary ingredients – think verbena syrup and mace tincture.
Suraj joined Blue Butcher & Meat Specialist, the multi-award winning restaurant owned by Maximal Concepts, in 2011. Since then he has overseen multiple beverage programs as group mixologist, including Stockton.
You can find Suraj behind the bar at the Ritz Bar & Lounge from 7pm to 1am every night from June 6 to 9. Or if you are a fan of the hotel’s brunch, catch him at the cocktail station during the Sunday brunch from noon to 2.30pm, on June 10.
