Marian Beke, founder and co-owner of The Gibson, and eighth-generation gin distiller Johnny Neill (of Whitley Neill gin) recently hosted a masterclass at the Portman Ritz Carlton. As the world-renowned bar is named after the classic Dry Martini variation born in the 1980s, the masterclass focused on out-of-the-box methods for next level Martinis; reflective of Beke’s high concept menu in London.
