两栋超高层办公落位于项目东北角和西南角，商业建筑体量将两个地块连接形成围合内院，层层退台创造开放生态的体验。面向地铁站点的街角打开，设置人行连桥串联首二层和周边城市功能，并引入中轴公园生态至室内，结合挺拔的塔楼与层层退台郁郁葱葱，仿佛一座生气盎然的绿色森林。

整体项目以阳光交通和超级中轴的连接为设计重点，打造高效便捷的交通连接，同时将生态由室外贯穿至室内，从地面延伸至地上，区别于常规的CBD，旨在构建生态永续、复合联动、聚合交往、活力多元的CBP中央商务公园。

垂直方向的交通核利用纵向空间联络首层、地下车站与购物中心。这条垂直路线的设置不仅组织了到达商场，办公以及周边设施的流线，同时下沉广场的空间方便了人们在此聚集，形成活力空间。
The vertical urban core connect the ground floor, metro station and shopping center. The urban core not only organizes the circulation to the shopping mall, office and surrounding facilities, but also creates a sunken space gather people here.
阳光交通，美食街区，四季花园，美学森林，时光隧道等一系列亮点空间创造出富有活力的多样生活体验。呼应长沙夜经济的兴兴向荣，规划出独立夜场交通，为全天候经营预留可能性。
A series of design factors create a dynamic and diverse life experience, such as sunshine traffic, food court, four seasons gardens, aesthetic forests, and time tunnels. In response to the prosperity of Changsha's night economy, the night market circulation is planned specially for 24 hours entertainment.

Four Season Garden
建筑形态与中庭环境呼应
在朝向青梅路的高区商业规划出生态露台。不经意间散落出层层跌落的露台，概念来自于长沙独特的自然景观特色，体现“山水洲城”的空间感。在青梅路两侧尽可能地规划出商业界面，弱化城市道路，合理布置外摆和绿植，打造商业氛围浓厚的四季花园。
Ecological terraces are planned in the higher floors facing Qingmei Road. The concept comes from the unique natural landscape characteristics of Changsha, scattered terraces reflecting the sense of space of "Mountain & Water City". Designing the retail interface as much as possible on both sides of Qingmei Road can decrease the bad influence from heavy traffic road; arranging the outside retail area and green plants reasonably to create a four-season garden with a strong vibrant atmosphere.
Maximize public ecological space
纵跨4 层的大尺度室内美学森林。经过细致的视线规划与空间营造，绿植空间与零售空间从横向和竖向两个维度被无缝连接成一个整体。增设感受森林景观的体验，无论是二层商铺还是高层的餐饮业态，都突破了原有单一的商业场景。
A large-scale indoor aesthetic forest spanning 4 floors. The retail space is surrounded by green space where people can catch nature directly. Adding the experience of forest landscape has broken the traditional boring retail scene.
An open and experimental channel
项目的南侧的东西区连桥为一条声光电完美融合的时光隧道，一段波浪从连廊的2F东侧切入，连接多个楼层，最终联通屋顶景观。在时光隧道周边规划出不同的岛铺或科技馆，让顾客不经意间穿梭于东西两区，串联于科技和商业之间。
The east-west connecting bridge on the south side of the project is a time tunnel with a perfect integration of sound and light. A cut starts from the east side of 2F corridor and end at the west side of roof garden. Island shops or technology museums are planned around the time tunnel, allowing customers to inadvertently shuttle between the east and west areas, connecting technology and retail in series.

屋顶花园
Roof Garden
屋顶花园的设置将绿轴上的景观由室内进一步的串联至屋顶，打造出真正的城市绿洲。凭借店铺外宜人的外摆和微景观给予消费者亲切生动的感官体验。塔楼预留高区大堂可直接联通屋顶花园。为给屋顶24小时的活动预留出便捷的流线，独立规划出的一组客梯，贯通地下车库和地上各层商业，满足影院的夜场流线的需求。
The roof garden connects the landscape from the interior to the roof, creating a real urban oasis. With the pleasant swing and micro-landscape outside the store, it gives consumers a cordial and vivid sensory experience. The towers’ lobby can be directly connected to the roof garden. In order to reserve a convenient circulation for the 24-hour activities on the roof and the cinema, a set of passenger elevators is specially planned to connect the underground carpark and the shopping center.
