Roche reassures support for Shanghai’s Vision 2040
罗氏集团全球首席执行官施万日前出席第29次上海市市长国际企业家咨询会议，为上海的发展谏言献策，助力上海2040目标。
Severin Schwan, CEO of the Roche Group, was again among the brain trusts for the Mayor of Shanghai at the 29th annual conference of the International Business Leaders’ Advisory Council (IBLAC), to reassure support for Shanghai’s Vision 2040--to become a “Global City of Excellence” by 2040.
施万提出生物医学产业作为创新的支柱产业之一，能为产业革新带来颠覆性发展，从而推动城市发展，为上海实现“卓越的全球城市”这一愿景提供重要战略立足点。
Schwan explained that biotech is a game-changing industry that will lead the next round of global competition, advance city development driven by innovation, and provide a strong strategic foothold for Shanghai.
施万提出上海应致力于从提升早期研发能力、汇聚创新人才资源、营造创新文化三方面入手，逐步巩固自身的城市形象，以期成为具有全球影响力的城市。
"Advancing early-stage R&D, fostering talent, and cultivating a culture of innovation are the three key actions that Shanghai can take to reinforce its position and increase its potential to become a leading innovation hub in the world,” advised Schwan.
“罗氏希望充分利用我们的专业知识和技术，为上海的持续发展做出贡献。”施万说。
"And we’re looking forward to contributing to Shanghai’s development by sharing our knowledge and expertise,” He said.
中国稳居全球国籍质量指数“高品质”类别
China secures ‘High-Quality’ ranking in global Quality of Nationality Index
居留权和公民身份规划顾问公司恒理环球顾问事务所有限公司日前发布最新《国籍质量指数》报告，中国在195个国家及地区中排名第61位。
China has been ranked 61st in a new quality of nationality report released recently by Henley & Partners.
报告显示，中国经济表现强劲，健康、教育及生活品质方面均稳健发展，按满分100%获得40.3%。亚太区平均得分32.99%，全球平均得分39.32%，由此可见，中国国籍稳居“高品质”类别。
According to the report, a strong economy and modest yet steady development in health, education and standard of living have enabled China to achieve a score of 40.3% out of a possible 100%. Compared with the Asia Pacific average of 32.99% and the global average of 39.32%, this result puts Chinese nationality firmly in the High-Quality category.

Honeywell's Connected Aircraft model landing at CAMIC
霍尼韦尔携手中国民航科普基金会向中国民航管理干部学院捐赠了一架霍尼韦尔互联飞机LED示意模型。
Honeywell and China Civil Aviation Science Popularization Foundation donated a LED wireframe model of Honeywell’s Connected Aircraft to Civil Aviation Management Institute of China.
三方将齐心协力推动先进航空技术在民航业的应用，提升中国航空业的创新能力。
The donation is part of an ongoing endeavor by the three parties to jointly promote industry-leading aviation technologies in China and to continue inspiring innovation for the country’s aviation industry.
近日，中国民航管理干部学院全新实验室正式建成，有望成为中国创新成果和高新技术的孵化基地。霍尼韦尔互联飞机模型也将在此展出，帮助激发新想法、拓展新思路。
Most recently, CAMIC has built a laboratory, where the Connected Aircraft model is showcased, to become an incubator for innovation and technological achievement in country.
