Philips Lighting acquires Chinese urban lighting company

飞利浦照明5月14日宣布，已和深圳磊明科技有限公司（磊明科技）签署收购协议，将收购这家中国城市景观和建筑立面照明灯具及控制系统的制造商。

Philips Lighting announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire Shenzhen LiteMagic Technologies, a Chinese manufacturer and seller of lighting luminaires and control systems for urban and facade lighting in May 14th.

通过这项收购，飞利浦照明将旗下高端建筑立面照明产品和系统拓展至正高速发展的中端品类。

With this acquisition, Philips Lighting expands its high-end portfolio of façade lighting with a complementary portfolio of luminaires and control systems to capture growth in the mid segment of the urban market.

磊明科技擅长快速实施城市亮化项目和按客户需求定制产品。该公司在中国将继续以磊明品牌运营。

LiteMagic Technologies is able to swiftly implement city-widelighting projects and customize products to meet its customers' needs. The company will continue to operate inChinaunder the LiteMagic brand name.

飞利浦照明大中华区总裁王昀表示，两家公司的结合将为中国市场带来更完整的产品、系统和服务，可以为中国越来越多城市的楼宇、桥梁和街道打造美丽的公共夜景空间。

"Together we will bring our complementary and comprehensive portfolio of products, systems and services to the growing number of cities in China looking to turn buildings, bridges and boulevards into beautiful public spaces at night," said John Wang, Market Group Leader GreaterChinaat Philips Lighting.

该交易在向中国监管部门申报后，预计在2018年第三季度完成，并于2019年起计入业绩。

The transaction, upon filing with Chinese regulatory authorities, is expected to close in the third quarter of 2018 and to be accretive in 2019. 

BP与蔚来资本探索高级移动出行新机遇

BP and NIO Capital to Explore Opportunities In Advanced Mobility

BP与蔚来资本日前宣布双方签署建立长期合作伙伴关系的谅解备忘录，将携手探索在中国高级移动出行领域的新机遇。

BP and NIO Capital recently announced they have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to establish a long-term partnership to jointly explore opportunities in advanced mobility in China.

潜在投资机会将涵盖电动汽车、新能源基础设施、智能汽车系统、车联网和包括电池在内的新材料，以及双方可能共同感兴趣的其他领域。

This is expected to include potential investment opportunities in areas including electric vehicles, new energy infrastructure, intelligent automotive systems, connected vehicles and new materials including batteries, as well as other areas of possible mutual interest.

BP下游业务CEO凃帆表示，先进的技术正在推动中国交通出行行业的快速变化，其中新能源汽车在中国呈现出最快速的增长，使得中国也成为BP关注的主要市场。

“Advanced technology is now driving rapid changes in transportation and China, which is seeing some of the fastest growth in new energy vehicles, is a key market for BP,” said Tufan Erginbilgic, chief executive, BP Downstream.

Accenture Delivers Digital Asset Management Program to Help Shaanxi Electric

国家电网陕西省电力公司与埃森哲5月14日宣布签署合作协议，共同开发并部署新型数字化资产管理系统，一站式收集并获取所有资产的生命周期信息。

State Grid Shaanxi Electric Power Company, which constructs and operates electric power grids in China’s Shaanxi province, and Accenture have developed and launched a new digital asset management system that collects and gives the electric company access to all asset life cycle information in a single tool in May 14th.

该系统有望降低陕西电力的资本投入和运营成本、减少人员和资产所面临的风险，提升企业的运营绩效。

Targeted benefits include lower capital and operational costs, reduced risk to people and assets, and enhanced operational performance.

根据协议，埃森哲助力陕西电力设计、开发并部署基于物联网（IoT）和移动技术的生命周期资产管理（LCAM）系统，在资产全生命周期内连接、整合和分析来自变压器、断路器、继电器等电网设备的众多数据。

As part of the project, Accenture designed, developed and implemented the digital life cycle asset management system, based on the internet of things (IoT) and mobile technologies. The system connects, integrates and analyzes data from numerous devices — such as transformers, circuit breakers, relays and other grid assets — across their full life cycle.

电网工作人员能够通过移动设备与绑定在电网设备上的射频识别（RFID）标签进行信息交互，查看设备上的各种操作，同时收集大量运营数据。

Onsite workers use mobile devices to communicate with RFID tags fixed to equipment for any operation, which collect large amounts of operational data.

陕西电力副总信息师张根周表示：“新解决方案将改善设备运营，加强供电的稳定性并减少停电状况，全面提升服务水平。”

"The new solution will provide us with better service quality, due to increased power supply stability and fewer outages, driven by improved device operation performance," said Genzhou Zhang, deputy chief information officer of Shaanxi Electric.

瓦克2017年中国销售额达12亿欧元

WACKER Annual Sales in China of €1.2 Billion in 2017

瓦克化学集团日前首次公布了不含世创电子材料在内的财年数据。

WACKER posted recently its annual figures without Siltronic for the first time.

在中国国内消费持续增长的带动下，瓦克2017年在中国销售额达12亿欧元，与上年11亿欧元相比增长约10%。

WACKER achieved excellent results in 2017, cont ributing significantly to the Group's overall performance. Amid rising domestic consumption, WACKER generated annual sales in China of €1.2 billion in 2017, up by about 10 percent compared with €1.1 billion the year before.

2017年，瓦克的化学和多晶硅业务都实现了持续的增长，特种产品的销售额增幅达20%。

In 2017, WACKER posted continued growth in both chemicals and polysilicon. At 20 percent, sales growth for specialty products was particularly robust.
