朋辈|万众期待——来自果园的星星
（本网讯 通讯员：王若寒 马樱倩 摄影记者：郑沥炜）12月1日下午16：00，又一次万众期待的朋辈分享会准时在暨南大学南校区教学楼205教室举行。本次分享会邀请了来自国际学院的5A卓越之星——14级IET专业的缪婉君，以及13级IET的邱嘉伦为国际学院的同学们分享了他们对于大学生活的感悟和自己在学习与生活中的经验。
第一个进行分享的是缪婉君学姐。
首先，缪婉君向大家展示了她入大学以来各学年各学科的学分、成绩与绩点，在惊艳这个超级学霸的优异成绩的同时，不难看出，她的成绩是不断攀升的，由此可见，优异的成绩不是一步登天，而定是一步一个脚印的踏实努力。
接下来，缪婉君与大家分享了她在学习方面的经验。她说，想要得到好的成绩，一定要与老师“打好关系”。所谓“打好关系”，原来是要在课上与老师积极互动交流，回答老师的提问，提出自己的疑问，在课下认真预习和复习，发现问题及时与老师沟通。
随后，缪婉君与大家分享了她在大学期间的规划与目标:一是拿国家奖学金，二是拿星星奖章，三是谈一场恋爱，四是提高交际能力和个人形象，五是找到工作实习机会，六是提高自身认知能力。或许，正是有着如此清晰的目标，才能在重重迷雾中认清自己的方向，不断向着远方奔跑而不至迷失。
不仅如此，缪婉君还与大家分享了高中与大学身边朋友的故事以及实习的经验，阐明了乐观心态和高效率的重要性。告诉同学们不要随大流，而是要选择适合自己的方式学习与生活。
第二个进行分享的是邱嘉伦学长。
首先，邱嘉伦回忆了自己大一时的心态和经历，再一次阐明了确立明确目标对于大一新生的重要性。
接下来，邱嘉伦对自己大学四年的经历进行了详细介绍。他曾经担任社联部长、理事长，IET团支书等职务，并参与过AIESIC组织、三下乡等各种活动，并辅修了工商管理的双学位。有着丰富经验的他对于如何平衡学习与各种学生组织工作有着独特的见解。
对于学习与学生组织工作的关系，邱嘉伦将它们总结为应该做的与你想要做的之间的冲突，为了更好地解决同学们对于两者平衡的问题，他以问答的形式总结出了同学们最常见的问题，并一一进行了解答。
最后是问答环节，同学们向这两位5A之星提出了自己在大学学习与职业规划方面的疑问，问题得到了一一解答。
朋辈分享会至此落下了帷幕。最终才明白，闪耀的星星，原来是那一颗颗努力的汗水……
On December 1, 2016, an excellent Peer Sharing lecture was held at 16:00 N205. The speakers today were both the excellent representatives of 5A Guiding Program of JNU. All were athrill to meet them.
The first who shared the experience is from 14 IET, Cynthia Miao. She was top of her class and has just won National Scholarship. And her average GPA was above 4.0 last year. The tips that she gave us are to try to participate more activities within self-ability and this is also why she is high in her comprehensive score. Besides studying, she also took part in the Challenge Cup, College student entrepreneur competition and SAC licensing examination for securities Intermediaries.
An important thing she said was to keep a good relationship with teachers, that is to say to interact actively like asking and answering questions in class. What is more essential is to keep a good state of mind so you won’t be too stressed out. She also shared her story when she worked as an intern. The guidance that she gave us is to set stage goals and accomplish them one by one.
Another speaker is Qiu Jialun, from 13 IET. The topic of his speech is “make your own choices”. He had a variety of experiences of campus life, like joining AIESEC and International School Debate Team. Being an exchange students to Canada had broaden his horizons to change some of his qualities. The critical thing is, according to him, is to know what you want and what you should do. Sometimes it is not the outcome that matters, but the process of it, what you can learn from what you have been through.
Friends? Honor? Prize? He displayed this in his PPT. These are the questions he put forward for us to think for ourselves. Is there a conflict between study and student organizations? How are you able to manage you work and life? When do you think is a suitable time for you to leave the department? He comforted us that there inevitably will be tiring moments, but what we are able to do is complain less and be a solution-oriented person. The funny tone he used make the room full of cheerful voices.
Their sharings were quick to an end, but the questions they left were for us to think so that we are able to move further and better. The joy is to be shared with each one of you!
