 It has been nearly a near. How is everything? 10月25日晚，北京同志中心将协同 UNION 举办“秋日彩虹商务酒会”。在金秋的北京，三五好友，听职场前辈谈谈过去的故事，结交来自LGBTQ社群的新朋友和盟友，岂不美哉？ On October 25th, 2020, Beijing LGBT Center and UNION  will co-host the Autumn Rainbow Business Reception. Isn't it enjoyable to network with diverse and cool LGBTQ-friendly professionals and learn about workplace diversity and inclusion from our special guests on such a wonderful day? “彩虹商务酒会” 是一场性别友善的职场社交活动。秉承“尊重、多元、合作”的文化理念，北京同志中心意图促进职场专业人士相互交流、改善职场环境、创造一个具有多元性别意识的职场安全空间。 The Rainbow Business Reception aims to offer LGBTQ-friendly networking opportunities for all participants. Based on the values of Respect, Diversity, and Collaboration, Beijing LGBT Center strives to promote professional networks, improve workplace climate, and create a professional and LGBTQ-friendly safe space.

UNION 以每一处诠释典雅与舒适，传递极富艺术感的自由主义精神，并延续瑜舍一贯的服务为宾客提供无微不至的体验。酒吧的整体设计参考了二十世纪现代主义感性手法，知名陶艺家Lucie Rie的工作室，巧妙融合起居、工作及社交的多功能空间，在琳琅满目的艺术品以及陈列物的氛围中，搭配以古丝绸之路为灵感的饮品选择，呈现出世界博览般的多样性，营造了一个高水准服务与多功能化理想空间相结合的精致体验。酒吧精心准备了一份每月更新且包含60种葡萄酒在内的独家酒单，每款都经过侍酒师的悉心挑选，在UNION，宾客不仅可以找到来自知名酒庄的作品，也可发现诸多小众酒庄品质优秀的品种。
UNION – a bar exuding elegance and comfort, the free spirit of an artist’s studio infused with hospitality that curates the guest’s experience. With a 20th century modernist sensibility, showcasing artwork and objects in an environment reminiscent of International Expos and drinks inspired by the ancient Silk Road, the space responds to the versatility of guest’s needs through time. A sophisticated drinks menu consists of an extensive wine list made up of 60 bins that are all available by the glass as well as selection of signature cocktails and alcohol-free drinks. The wine list changes monthly and whilst it features some well-known wineries the list is carefully curated to provide representation for lesser known producers, hard to find bottles and biodynamic wines.

北京同志中心成立于2008 年，是中国最大的LGBT 公益组织之一。中心在北京地区开展针对LGBT 群体的心理咨询服务和社工服务，并在全国范围内开展LGBT 去病理化、反歧视、多元性别教育和职场反歧视倡导等工作。
The Beijing LGBT Center is one of the most influential LGBT non-profit organization in China. Established in 2008, Beijing LGBT Center is a non-profit, community-based organization which not only provides services including mental health counseling and community service, but also leads depathologization advocacy, transgender anti-discrimination advocacy, gender diversity education and workplace anti-discrimination advocacy nationwide.
职场多元计划Workplace Diversity Initiative (WDI)
北京同志中心的职场多元计划(Workplace Diversity Initiative)是国内一个重点关注多元性别议题的职场多元共融项目。职场多元计划希望通过与本土的公益组织、国际组织、企业和学者合作，助力企业建设多元、友善的职场环境和企业文化，逐步推进中国职场LGBT 多元共融。
The Workplace Diversity Initiative is a workplace equality campaign started by Beijing LGBT Center and its partners with a focus on SOGIESC issues in China. To ensure equal workplace rights for all LGBT+ people in China, the initiative aims to establish collaboration with the private sector to create more diverse, friendly and affirmative workplace environment.
