喜讯|现工设计荣获2023IFLA国际大奖

国际景观设计师联盟（IFLA），是受联合国教科文组织指导的国际风景园林行业的影响力最大的国际学术组织，IFLA亚太景观设计奖(也称IFLA Asia-PAC LA奖)于2023年11月17日重磅揭晓，现工设计皖南川藏国家旅游度假区在多个国家的众多优秀作品中脱颖而出，斩获大奖。

2023 IFLA亚太景观建筑大会在日本东京召开, 大会以“与灾难共存”为主题，讨论利用自然环境创造社会共同资本; 寻找与自然和谐相处的幸福生活之道; 传承植根于当地自然环境的文化历史遗产三个目标。会议探索了景观建筑的前沿，深入探讨了时代的关键问题，并为一个更可持续、更有弹性和更包容性的世界制定了一条道路, 以及庆祝国际景观建筑师联合会75周年。 

2023 IFLA Asia Pacific Landscape Architecture Conference held in Tokyo, Japan, with the theme of "Living with Disaster", to discuss the use of natural environment to create social common capital; Finding ways to live a happy life in harmony with nature; The three goals are to inherit the cultural and historical heritage rooted in the local natural environment. 

作为第59届IFLA世界大会主要活动的一部分，为了接受、比较、分享和推进世界各地的景观规划、设计和管理理念，IFLA组织了一场学生竞赛。大会的主题是 "新兴互动（Emergent Interaction）"，副主题是 "不落人后（Leave No One Behind）"、"超越边界（Beyond Borders） "和 "立足本地，思考全球（ Act Local-Think Global）"。它旨在探索集体解决问题的新形式、无边界战略以及可能的思想和合作网络，同时将气候变化、社会不平等和生物多样性丧失等问题放在大会的首位。

The 2022 IFLA AAPME Award - "Design for Climate Crisis" is an international design award organized by the International Federation of Landscape Architects (IFLA) Asia-Pacific Region (APR) in collaboration with IFLA Africa and the Middle East. A total of 318 entries were submitted, including 20 OA (Outstanding Award), 45 EA (Awards of Excellence) and 139 Honourable Mention (HM (Honourable Mention).

“皖南川藏线”，全长120公里，因景美路险又称“江南天路”。其中最美宁国段全长约80公里，宁国“皖南川藏线”旅游度假区面积约534平方公里，该旅游路线从宁国北高速出口，沿“皖南川藏线”所经港口镇、西津街道部分村、青龙乡、方塘乡及青龙湾旅游度假区范围，景色独具皖南山水之精华。

With a total length of 120 kilometers,the Sichuan-Tibet Linein Southern Anhui is known as the "Sky Way in Jiangnan"because of thebeautiful scenery,among which the most beautiful Ningguo section has a totallength of about 80 kilometers. 

现工设计围绕“挖掘优势、放大特色、丰富业态、增强配套、品牌运营”五大总体思路，梳理沿线村落与休憩驿站节点，形成“一条旅游大道串联三大人文村落，六处驿站休憩点饱览沿途山水风光”的总体格局。

Followingthefivegeneraldesignideasof"excavatingadvantages,amplifyingcharacteristics,enriching business forms,enhancing supporting facilities,andbrand operation",the design sorts out the nodes of villages and rest stationsalong the line to form a tourist avenue that connects three humanistic villagesand six rest stations with the landscape along the way.

结合全域旅游规划本区域功能，确立沿途各个空间节点的旅游发展定位：集散地、目的地、中转站、休憩点，多点串联形成“皖南川藏线”旅游度假区核心。

Before the reconstruction, the lake water environment was poor and peculiar smell was produced. The damage of hard surface and revetment seriously exists safety hazards; Plants grow poorly and are single in level; At low tide, salpa beach is not growing well and the plants are messy.

通过横向的空间场地踏勘与资源盘点，纵向的历史文脉与当地产业研究两大手段，深入挖掘皖南川藏线的景观资源与人文生态。将被忽视的沿线自然与人文资源转变成人与自然、人与文化、人与人交流对话的平台，吸引游客进入、探访、欣赏，丰富自驾旅游的体验，为“皖南川藏线”旅游度假区的建设注入活力。

The project transforms the neglected naturaland human resources along the line into a platform for communication betweenpeople,nature,and culture,attracting more tourists and enriching the experienceof self-driving travel,thus,injecting vitality into the resort area.

采用轻介入的手法，最大化挖掘场地特性与优势文化资源，通过升级标识标牌视觉系统、改造新建沿线驿站、规划村落发展等打造内容，串联起“皖南川藏线”宁国段沿线自然人文景观。

The light intervention method is adopted to maximize the characteristics and advantageous cultural resources of the site, and the natural and human landscape along the Ningguo section of the "South Anhui Sichuan-Tibet Line" is connected through the upgrading of the visual system of signs, the renovation of new post stations along the line, and the planning of village development.
