首先，如果有童鞋看到标题的第一反应是加上一句“却有不死之...”我只能说，你们这样，江来迟早是要出事情的。

川普终于从President-elected变成了正式的President,去掉后缀的川普在白宫门前进行了踌躇满志的演（hua）讲(bing)。对于留学生群体来说，虽然关于川普上台后的种种可能已经被互联网大神们演绎了无数回，但是只有当你真正听到川普同志的就职演讲，你才会真正体会到这位美国新总统的不走寻常路。

这位四川籍的美国总统在就职演讲中很好的回答了我是怎样的总统，怎样建设美国，美国建设的政治纲领等重要问题。

老哥是谁

川普整篇演讲都没有使用我(I)作为人称代词，转而使用更加能够引起现场共鸣的“We”,以拉近和支持群众的距离。那么在川普眼中，他和他所代表的反建制派是怎样的一个群体呢。

老哥为什么要当总统

正常的总统选举演说一般以回顾过去，展望未来，高举美利坚大旗为主，但是川普带来了一种清新的文艺新路线，孤单英雄般揭露了美国的黑暗。

For too long, a small group in our nation's capital has reaped the rewards of government while the people have borne the cost. 

彼时奥氏观海当政，血食天下，以美利坚之福祉为一党 / 一族之私利，结党舞弊，败坏朝纲。

An education system flush with cash but which leaves our young and beautiful students deprived of all knowledge. 

当今之世，教室充盈国人却念不起书，高楼林立而路有冻死骨（^_^我虽然身家千万但是却于心不忍^_^）

We've made other countries rich while the wealth, strength, and confidence of our country has dissipated over the horizon. One by one, the factories shuttered and left our shores withnot even a thought about the millions and millions of American workers that were left behind. 

产业转移，实业凋敝，百万人失业，吾国之美刀流落于兔朝和阿三国，一天不如一天，一代不如一代。

老哥要做什么

虽然大家总认为川普是嘴炮无敌，推特治国，但是在川普眼里，过去那些正科才是真的空谈误国，老哥准备干票实在的。

 And the crime, and the gangs, and the drugs that have stolen too many lives and robbed our country of so much unrealized potential. This American carnage stops right here and stops right now.

很多人说川普是民粹，这需要时间来检验，民主是地中海泛起的自由浪花，是汉密尔顿，卢梭和哈耶克对于“多数人的暴政”的恐惧，民粹是霍布斯的利维坦，是懦弱者对于美丽新世界大而无当的期待。
