打开水龙头，冲洗双手。
Wet your hands with running water。

加入洗手液或肥皂用手擦出泡沫。
Then apply hand wash or soap.

最少用十秒钟洗擦手指、指甲、手掌、手背、手腕。洗擦时切勿冲水。
Lather your hands by rubbing your fingers, nails, palms, backs and wrists for at least 10 seconds. Turn off the tap during the scrub.

洗擦后再用清水将双手彻底冲洗干净，用干净毛巾或纸巾擦干双手。双手擦干后，不要再接触水龙头。
Later rinse your hands well under clean, running water and dry your hands using a clean towel or tissue. Afterwards, do not touch the tap.

How to Wear a Disposable Surgical Mask
一次性口罩有里外之分。浅色面有吸湿功能，应该贴着嘴鼻，使深色面朝外。
Disposable face masks have two sides. The white side absorbs water, sweat and spit, and therefore should touch your face, while the coloured side face outwards.

根据自己的脸型，将折面充分展开，把鼻嘴下颌完全包住。
Expand the mask fully to conform to your face so it covers the nose, mouth and chin.

然后压紧鼻夹，使口罩与面部完全贴合。
Then pinch the nose strip to ensure that the mask fits snugly over the face.

头戴式口罩佩戴步骤
How to Wear a Mask with Headbands
单手捧口罩本体，指间位于鼻夹位置，让两根头带自由的悬垂在手背下方。
Hold the mask in your hand with the nosepiece at fingertips allowing the headbands to hang freely below hands.

鼻夹朝上口罩扣住下巴，将上头带戴在头顶位置，下头带戴在颈部。
The nosepiece should face upwards and the bottom of the mask cover your chin. Pull the top strap over your head so that it rests over the crown of your head. Pull the bottom strap over your head so that it rests at the nape of your neck.

用双手食指，从鼻夹中部开始向两侧一边移动，一边向下按压鼻夹，塑造鼻梁形状。
Pinch the stiff edge, from the nosepiece to both sides with your fingers. Meanwhile, mould the nose strip to the shape of your nose.
