逆行非洲！中国（湖南）赴津巴布韦抗疫医疗专家组出征！

湖南12名白衣天使逆行非洲！
5月11日上午，中国(湖南)赴津巴布韦抗疫医疗专家组从长沙黄花国际机场出发。这支由省内9个部门和单位的12名专家组成的医疗专家组将在津巴布韦工作14天。专家抵达津巴布韦后，他们将在当地介绍湖南群防群控和社区防疫经验，分享基层早发现、早隔离、早报告的做法，同时开展社区防控培训，包括健康管理、传染病防控、社区哨点监测等，还将前往定点医院指导救治。
On the morning of May 11, The Chinese (Hunan) Anti-epidemic Medical Expert Group to Zimbabwe departed from Changsha Huanghua International Airport. This medical expert group consisting of 12 experts from 9 departments and units in the province will work in Zimbabwe for 14 days.
此次出征的专家组成员阵容强大全面，抗疫经验丰富。根据外交部与我驻津使馆提出的要求，我省选派了省内9个部门和单位的12名专家组成医疗专家组，由省卫生健康委副主任、党组成员祝益民担任领队，湖南省新冠肺炎省级医疗救治高级专家组组长、中南大学湘雅医院呼吸与危重症科教授胡成平任组长，成员包括呼吸科、传染科、重症医学科、传统医药、感染控制、公共卫生、实验室检测、护理等领域专家。专家组成员大多数具有本次疫情防控第一线实战经验，大多数为国内、省内知名专家，具有很好的英语交流能力。
The mediacal team members are excellent and have rich experience in anti-epidemic. According to the requirments of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and our embassy in Zimbabwe, our province selected 12 experts, with Zhu Yimin, deputy director of the Provincial Health and Health Commission and member of the party group, as the team leader, and Hu Chengping, the leader of the senior expert team for provincial medical treatment of COVID-19 in Hunan, and the professor of the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine, Xiangya Hospital, Central South University, served as team leader.
The members include respiratory medicine, infectious medicine, critical care medicine, traditional medicine, infection control, public health, laboratory experts in the fields of testing and nursing. Most of the members of the expert group have first-line practical experience in the prevention and control of the epidemic. Most of them are well-known experts in China and the province, and they have good English communication skills.

中国与津巴布韦于1980年4月18日津独立当天建交。建交40年来，双方始终相互理解、相互支持、相互帮助，政治互信不断加深。2003年7月，人民日报代表团采访津巴布韦一家农场，农场主马塔吉拉激动地说：上世纪80年代末期以前，津巴布韦执政党党员人手一本《毛主席语录》。毛主席著作不但指导过我们的革命，而且指导着我们的建设。
China and Zimbabwe established diplomatic relations on April 18, 1980. In the 40 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations, the two sides have always understood each other, supported each other, and helped each other, and political mutual trust has been deepened.

专家组携带了由湖南省人民政府捐赠的医疗防护物资，包括呼吸机、新型冠状病毒核酸检测试剂盒、红外线人体温度筛选仪、一次性医用外科口罩、一次性医用普通口罩、N95防护口罩、一次性乳胶手套、一次性工作帽、医用一次性防护服、医用隔离面罩、医用护目镜等。
The expert group carried medical protective materials donated by the Hunan Provincial People's Government, including ventilator, COVID-19 nucleic acid detection kit, infrared human body temperature screening instrument, disposable medical surgical mask, disposable medical ordinary mask, N95 protective mask, once Latex gloves, disposable working caps, medical disposable protective clothing, medical isolation masks, medical goggles, etc.
根据与我驻津使馆沟通情况，结合我省实际，其他物资保障还包括中国赴津巴布韦抗疫医疗专家组自身防护物资及药品、省卫生健康委对我第17批援津巴布韦医疗队补充的医疗防护物资、湖南省委省政府向驻津巴布韦大使馆捐赠的医疗防护物资、湖南省委省政府向当地华人华侨捐赠的医疗防护物资等。本次由国家统一安排包机，随机托运防疫物资通关手续已全部办理到位。
津巴布韦是非洲东南部内陆国。截至今天上午8时，根据“丁香园”实时数据播报，津巴布韦累计确诊病例35例，现有确诊病例23例。
对津巴布韦人民而言，湖南是“白衣天使的家乡”，自1985年开始派出首批援津医疗队，已选派17批共计166名医务工作者赴津工作，为当地人民提供了优质的医疗服务，在湖南与津巴布韦之间播下了一颗又一颗友谊的种子，也成为展示双边友好往来的一扇窗口。
Zimbabwe is a landlocked country in southeastern Africa. As of 8 o'clock this morning, according to the real-time data, Zimbabwe has accumulatively 35 confirmed COVID-19 cases, and there are currently 23 confirmed cases.
For the people of Zimbabwe, Hunan is the "home of angels in white". Since 1985, the first batch of aid medical teams has been dispatched. 17 groups of 166 medical workers have been sent to Zimbabwe to provide high-quality medical services to local people.
