暨第二届政务服务与政府治理现代化研讨会

征稿启事

 随着大数据的广泛应用和人工智能时代的到来，全面提升政府治理的技术、能力和水平，推进政府治理体系和治理能力现代化，成为了当下中国政务管理的重大课题和迫切任务。“大数据、人工智能与政府治理”国际学术研讨会暨第二届政务服务与治理现代化研讨会拟定于2019年11月23—24日在广州大学公共管理学院举行。会议面向海内外学术同仁和政务管理与实践工作者征集研讨论文并诚邀参会。

一、会议组织

（3）协办机构：深圳市政务服务数据管理局、深圳市龙岗区政务服务管理局、中电科大数据研究院有限公司

二、会议主题

     本次会议主题为“大数据、人工智能与政府治理”。研究会力求开展跨学科、跨领域、跨界别的学术对话与实践经验交流，重点围绕但不限于下列主题进行探讨：

（1）面向“互联网+”时代的地方治理

（2）面向大数据时代的政务管理

（3）面向人工智能时代的政府变革

（4）大数据时代的政企关系与营商环境

（5）智慧小镇与数字湾区建设

三、会议须知

（1）会议拟定于2019年11月23日—24日在广州大学大学城校区举行，会期两天。会议报到时间为2019年11月22日（星期五），11月24日（星期日）下午离会。会议报到地点为广州大学商业中心国际学术交流中心。如有时间、地点变动，会议主办单位会及时告知。

（2）会议拟邀30余知名国内外知名学者和政府大数据管理方面的实践专家进行学术交流与对话。

（3）会议规模设定为100人。参会嘉宾需要提供学术论文或实践工作报告，在2019年11月10前发送参会回执和提交会议论文。（请在广州大学公共管理学院网站“学院公告”栏目处下载“参会回执”和“论文体例”）

（4）会议学术委员会将对会议论文进行编辑整理，会前印刷成论文集（请参考论文体例要求）。论文集仅供会议内部交流使用。

（5）会议按照国际惯例收取会务费人民币960元/人（含会议期间的资料费和考察费），参加会议人员的住宿费和交通费自理。

“Big Data,Artificial Intelligence and Government 

Management”International Conference 

With the wide application of modern big data and the arrival of theartificial intelligence era, the way to improve the technology, ability andlevel of public governance in China so as to effectively realize themodernization of government management has become the focus of both theoreticaland practical attention. The 2nd International Seminar on the Modernization ofGovernment Affairs Service and Government Management is scheduled to be held inGuangzhou University from November 23 to 24, 2019, with the theme of “Big Data,Artificial Intelligence and Government Management”. This international seminaris open to all the academic fellows, big data management personnel and thepractitioners at both home and abroad for the purpose of collecting the seminarpaper.

2. Seminar Theme

Seminar theme is “Big Data, Artificial Intelligence and GovernmentManagement”. The research strives to carry out interdisciplinary,cross-disciplinary and cross-sectoral exchanges of academic dialogue andpractical experience, focusing on but not limited to the following topics:

（1）Local governance for the era of “Internet +”

（2）Government management for the era of big data

（3）Government change for the era of AI

（4）Relationship between government and enterprises andthe business environment for

the era of big data

（5）Construction of smart town and digital bay area

3. Notice

1) Seminar is scheduled to be held on November 23-24, 2019 in GuangzhouUniversity (University Town Campus) for two days. (The first day is foracademic discussion and exchange, the second day is for academic study andexchange.) Registration date is on November 22, 2019 (Friday), and leave on November24 (afternoon, Sunday). You should register in the International AcademicExchange Center and Business Center of Guangzhou University. If there is timeor place change, the organizer will inform you in time.

2) The seminar is scheduled to invite over 30 well-known scholars athome and abroad and practical experts from government big data management tohave academic exchanges and dialogues.

3) The seminar is scheduled to 100 people.Participants are required to provide academic papers or practical work reports,send Answer Form and submit seminar papers by November 10, 2019. (The “AnswerForm” can be downloaded from the “Announcement” on the website of the School ofPublic Administration of Guangzhou University; Submission format for Chinese papersis in accordance with the format requirements of Social Sciences in China, and submissionformat for English papers is in accordance with the format of the US Public Administration Review.

4) The Academic Committee of the Seminar will edit and organize theseminar papers, and print them into a collection of papers in advance (Pleaserefer to the paper format requirements). Collected papers are for internalcommunication only.

5) Seminar fee: 960 yuan/person (including the data feeand investigation fee during the seminar), accommodation and transportationexpenses of the participants will be taken care of themselves.
