摩根大通收购大众汽车支付业务近75%股权

  JP Morgan Chase acquires nearly 75% of 

   Volkswagen's payments business



公告中华尔街巨头表示将持有支付公司近75%的股权,但并未披露涉及的交易金额。大众汽车支付业务公司成立于2017年,总部位于卢森堡,在全球32个国家提供汽车购买和租赁、车内支付、加油、电动汽车充电、停车,以及保险和车载娱乐等订阅服务,专注于以数字方式连接汽车生态系统并改善支付体验。


The announcement saw the Wall Street giant say it would take a nearly 75 per cent stake in the payments company, but did not disclose the amount of the deal involved. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Luxembourg, Volkswagen Payments Business offers car purchase and leasing, in-car payments, refuelling, electric vehicle charging, parking, and subscription services such as insurance and in-car entertainment in 32 countries worldwide, with a focus on digitally connecting the automotive ecosystem and improving the payments experience.

据相关媒体报道,任正非于近日亲自签发了一则有关华为智能汽车解决方案BU人事任命,该业务再度迎来组织架构深化调整。任命显示:


余承东继续担任华为智能汽车解决方案BU CEO;

王军担任华为智能汽车解决方案BU COO,并兼任智能驾驶解决方案产品线总裁;

卞红林任智能汽车解决方案BU CTO、智能汽车解决方案BU研发管理部部长。

美国提议大幅扩大电动汽车税收抵免政策 

  丰田、本田提出强烈反对

  electric vehicle tax credits Toyota, 

  Honda raise strong opposition



据媒体报道,丰田和本田强烈批评了美国众议院民主党提出的一项提议,即对美国工会生产的电动汽车再给予4500美元的税收优惠。根据该提案,美国工会制造的电动汽车将有资格获得每辆车12500美元的税收减免,而其他大多数电动汽车的减免额度保持在7500美元。


丰田在一份声明中表示,这一计划“歧视那些选择不加入工会的美国汽车工人。” 该提案将大大有利于美国三大汽车制造商——通用、福特和菲亚特克莱斯勒,而在美国运营的外国汽车制造商和特斯拉都没有代表组织工人的工会,只能被排除政策之外。根据该法案,特斯拉有资格获得8000美元的税收抵免。


According to media reports, Toyota and Honda have strongly criticised a proposal put forward by the US House of Representatives Democrats to give a further $4,500 tax credit for US union-built electric vehicles. Under the proposal, US union-made electric vehicles would qualify for a $12,500 per vehicle tax credit, while the credit for most other electric vehicles would remain at $7,500.


Toyota said in a statement that the plan "discriminates against American auto workers who choose not to join a union." The proposal would greatly benefit the big three US automakers - GM, Ford and Fiat Chrysler - while neither the foreign automakers operating in the US nor Tesla have unions representing organised workers and would have to be excluded from the policy. Under the bill, Tesla would be eligible for an $8,000 tax credit.

曹操出行B轮融资38亿元

   Cao Cao Travel raises RMB 3.8 billion 

   in Series B funding



9月6日,曹操出行宣布完成B轮融资,金额达38亿元人民币。本轮投资方共有5个,分别为:苏州相城金控集团、苏州高铁新城国控集团、苏州城投公司、农银国际苏州公司、东吴创新资本。根据企查查显示,曹操出行曾在2018年1月完成10亿元A轮融资,投资方为三川投资、浙商创投、天堂硅谷、隆启投资等机构。


On September 6, Cao Cao Travel announced the completion of its Series B financing round, amounting to RMB 3.8 billion. There are five investors in this round, namely: Suzhou Xiangcheng Golden Control Group, Suzhou High-speed Railway New City State Control Group, Suzhou City Investment Company, Nongbang International Suzhou Company and Dongwu Innovation Capital. According to the enterprise search, Cao Cao Travel had completed a 1 billion yuan Series A financing in January 2018, with investors such as Sanchuan Investment, Zheshang Venture Capital, Paradise Silicon Valley and Longqi Investment.

原吉利汽车研究院胡峥楠加入顺为资本,

  未来或将主导小米造车

   Research Institute,  joins Shunwei Capital and 

   may lead Xiaomi's car building



近日,顺为资本官网更新了管理团队信息。页面显示:原吉利研究院院长胡峥楠加入顺为资本,担任投资合伙人。


对此,胡峥楠也于今日(9月7日)在其朋友圈官宣已加入顺为资本,专注于智能汽车技术生态领域。此前,小米先后完成了智慧停车方案提供商爱泊车、ADAS技术供应商纵目科技、激光雷达提供商禾赛科技、智能车供应链公司上海几何伙伴、自动驾驶技术公司DeepMotion(深动科技)、动力电池材料企业赣锋锂业、能源公司蜂巢能源的投资和交割。


Recently, the official website of Sunway Capital has updated the management team information. The page shows that Hu Zhengnan, former President of Geely Research Institute, has joined Sunway Capital as an investment partner.


In response, Hu Zhengnan also announced in his circle of friends today (September 7) that he has joined Sunway Capital to focus on the smart car technology ecology field. Previously, Xiaomi has completed investments in smart parking solution provider AiPark, ADAS technology provider ZongMu technology, LIDAR provider Hosai technology, smart car supply chain company Shanghai Geometry Partners, autonomous driving technology company DeepMotion, power battery material company Ganfeng lithium, and energy company Honeycomb Energy.
