运动饮料没大家想象得那么“健康”,相反,如果像喝水一样吨吨吨,最后只会胖胖胖……还有很多人甚至会一箱一箱地囤运动饮料在家,作为解渴的、有味道的水来喝,更是达咩达咩
1. 运动饮料由水+电解质(主要是钠和钾)+糖构成,其中的糖含量和钠含量都不低;
2. 有些并不是运动饮料,而是“维生素饮料”、“维生素功能饮料”、“电解质饮料”,但也要注意其中的糖和钠;
3. 普通人平时并不需要喝运动饮料,尤其是有减肥需求的小伙伴 。
营养素及其含量能适应运动或体力活动人群的生理特点,能为机体补充水分、电解质和能量,可被迅速吸收的饮料。
