翻译练习（10）：Garrison thesis

先来看上次翻译的情况，时间有点久了，希望还没忘掉啊，O(∩_∩)O哈哈~
Admittedly, there seems to be something strange and counterintuitive about economics. It is about freedom of choice, but within constraints; it is about human intentionality, but also the unintended consequences of human action. As Hayek has stated, “The curious task of economics is to demonstrate to men how little they really know about what they imagine they can design.”
参考译文：需要承认，关于经济学，似乎有些奇怪并违反直觉的东西。它讨论的是自由选择，却又在约束条件之下；它讨论人的意图性，但也讨论人的行为的非意图性后果。正如哈耶克所说：“经济学的奇特任务就是向人们证明，他们对想象中自己能够设计的事物其实是多么无知。”
简要讲解：
1、这是几个句子组成的一小段话，其中“there seems to be something strange and counterintuitive about economics. ” 是观点，后面是对这个观点的说明。it都是指代economics.
2、how little they really know 实际上是表达否定，可以把这种否定的意思直接翻译出来。
重点词汇：
1. unintended: adj. not planned or meant 非计划中的；非故意的
2. curious: adj. strange or unusual 古怪的，奇怪的。

On the one hand we have the mainstream neoclassical perspective, based on the assumption that equilibrium positions are strongly relevant to explanations of real world markets. On the other hand we have the perspective of those (including post-Keynesians) who are profoundly sceptical concerning both the meaningfulness and the real world relevance of the equilibrium models of mainstream theory. It turns out, Professor Garrison （加里森）showed us, that on a number of important issues the Austrians differ from both of the (divergent) positions taken by these approaches.
