在4月18日的广州市疫情防控新闻发布会上，广州市卫健委在发布会中表示，随着每日新增感染者数量的下降，管控区域发现个案占比下降、集中隔离点发现个案占比上升，说明广州疫情传播风险在持续降低。
广州市疾控也传递出了疫情防控形势向好的信号，“0408”疫情从发生到现在，经过10个昼夜奋战，目前取得了阶段性成果，病毒传播链基本被阻断，但仍需进一步巩固来之不易的成果。
今天，广州这些地方迎来了解封。
越秀区矿泉街、登峰街和流花街解封
自2022年4月20日0时起，越秀区将矿泉街、登峰街和流花街全部区域解除“三区”管理措施，转入常态化防控。

二、市疫情防控指挥部第32号通告划定的越秀区管控区、防范区相应解除管理措施。
2. The partial lockdown zones and restricted zones in Yuexiu District designated by Notification of Guangzhou Command Center for COVID-19 Control and Prevention (No. 32) shall be relieved of management measures accordingly.
"Lifting of lockdown" is not equal to "lifting of prevention". After lifting of lockdown, all business units shall fulfill the main responsibility for epidemic control and prevention as required, strictly implement epidemic control and prevention measures such as scanning codes, taking the temperature, keeping sites well-ventilated, cleaned and disinfected, strengthening daily health monitoring of staff and site management, and avoid gathering. Please continue to support and cooperate with the COVID-19 control and prevention work, wear masks, wash hands often, avoid gathering, do the PCR test, get vaccinated, and jointly safeguard personal and public health and safety.

白云区多个镇街解封
自4月20日起，白云区调整部分管控区、防范区。对钟落潭镇、江高镇、太和镇、人和镇北二环以南、均禾街、龙归街、大源街、同和街、京溪街、景泰街、金沙街、鹤龙街及西至机场路、东至白云山、北至黄石东路、南至桂花路区域解除管控，落实常态化疫情防控。

Notification of Readjustments to the Partial Lockdown Zones and Restricted Zones in Baiyun District (No.15)
根据疫情防控形势，经疾控等相关部门研究评估，按照分类分批的原则，报市防控指挥部同意，自4月20日起对白云区部分管控区、防范区进行调整，相关事宜通告如下：
Upon the comprehensive assessment of the current COVID-19 situation, in accordance with the principle of sorting and batching, the partial lockdown zones and restricted zones in Baiyun District are hereby adjusted as follows:
对钟落潭镇、江高镇、太和镇、人和镇北二环以南、均禾街、龙归街、大源街、同和街、京溪街、景泰街、金沙街、鹤龙街及西至机场路、东至白云山、北至黄石东路、南至桂花路区域解除管控，落实常态化疫情防控。
On April 20, the lockdown is lifted in these areas: the whole area of Zhongluotan Town, Jianggao Town and Taihe Town, the south of the North Second Ring Road of Renhe Town, Junhe Subdistrict, Longgui Street, Dayuan Street, Tonghe Subdistrict, Jingxi Subdistrict, Jingtai Subdistrict, Jingsha Street and Helong Subdistrict, the area bounded by Jichang Road in the west, Baiyun Mountain in the east, Huangshi East Road in the north and Guihua Road in the south. Regular prevention and control measures shall be implemented in these areas.
请广大市民朋友持续做好个人日常防护，科学佩戴口罩，勤洗手，常通风，保持社交距离。乘坐公共交通工具和出入公共场所时，请配合做好扫码、亮码、测温等防控措施。如有发热等不适症状，及时就近到医疗机构发热门诊就诊。

Notification of Lifting Restrictions in Xinhua Subdistrict, Huadu District
(No. 34)
根据疫情防控形势，经综合研判，自2022年4月20日12时起，解除新华街道的封控区、管控区、防范区管控，现通告如下：
Upon comprehensive assessment of the current COVID-19 situation, containment measures imposed on the lockdown, partial lockdown and restricted zones of Xinhua Subdistrict have been lifted at 12:00 on April 20, 2022. We hereby make the following notification:
一、新华街五洲花园小区，解除封控区管理措施。
I. Lockdown zone containment measures have been lifted in Wuzhou Garden residential community of Xinhua Subdistrict.
二、云山大道以南、体育路和百花商业广场以北、花都体育中心和天贵路以东、田美河以西区域（封控区除外），解除管控区管理措施。
II. Partial lockdown containment measures have been lifted in the area which sits south of Yunshan Avenue, north of Tiyu Road and Baihua Commercial Plaza, east of Huadu Sports Center and Tiangui Road and west of Tianmei River (excluding the lockdown zone).
三、新华街全域（封控区、管控区除外），解除防范区管理措施。
III. Restricted zone containment measures have been lifted throughout Xinhua Subdistrict (excluding lockdown and partial lockdown zones).
“解封”不等于“解防”。解封后各经营单位要严格落实扫码、亮卡、测温以及场所通风、清洁消毒等措施。请广大居民朋友继续支持配合疫情防控工作，戴口罩、勤洗手、不聚集、验核酸、打疫苗，共同维护个人和公共卫生安全。
"Lifting of restrictions" doesn't mean we aren't taking preventative measures. After the lifting of restrictions, businesses and entities must strictly implement preventative measures including scanning health code, presenting travel history record and taking temperature. Businesses and entities must also make sure public spaces are ventilated, cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis. We ask for your continued support in the efforts to control and prevent the spread of COVID-19. Please make sure to wear masks, clean your hands regularly, refrain from gathering, take PCR tests and receive COVID-19 vaccination shots. Let's work together to protect the safety of personal health and public health.
