On May 19, Guangzhou Health Commission issued a notice to all inbound travelers from outside Guangdong.

近14天有本土病例报告城市来（返）穗人员抵穗后须在机场、火车站、公路客运站进行一次核酸检测，或24小时内尽早就近进行一次核酸检测。
Inbound travelers from cities with local cases in the past 14 days shall take a PCR testing at the airport, railway station, or coach station, or get tested nearby within 24 hours after arriving in Guangzhou.
社区主动报备
Report to Your Local Community

近14天有本土病例报告城市来（返）穗人员抵穗后12小时内主动向社区（村）、单位、酒店宾馆报告。
Those who have traveled to cities with local cases in the past 14 days shall report to their local community (village) committee, employers, or hotels within 12 hours after arriving in Guangzhou.

所有省外来（返）穗人员抵穗3天内要做2次核酸检测，期间“非必要不外出”，或“两点（居住点和工作点）一线”，不乘坐公交车、地铁等公共交通工具，不聚集、不聚餐。
All travelers from outside Guangdong shall take two tests within three days after arriving in Guangzhou. During this three-day period, they are required to avoid non-essential trips or travel only between work and home. They shall refrain from taking public transport such as buses and metros and avoid social gatherings.

要配合公共交通工具查验健康码，健康码非绿码不能搭乘公共交通工具。
All passengers are required to show their health codes before taking public transport. Only the green code holders can use the public transport.

近14天有上海全域，北京朝阳区、房山区，四川省广安市旅居史的来（返）穗人员实施“7天居家隔离+7天居家健康监测”健康管理，请来（返）穗前和抵达后均主动与目的地社区报告。
Those who have visited Shanghai, Chaoyang and Fangshan Districts of Beijing, or Guangan City of Sichuan Province in the past 14 days shall undergo “7-day home quarantine + 7-day home health monitoring”. They shall inform the local community committee before departing for and after arriving in Guangzhou.
根据《广州市新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控指挥部关于强化广州市新冠肺炎疫情防控措施的通告》（第29号）和《广州市新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控指挥部关于做好核酸检测工作的通告》（第30号）相关要求，所有省外来（返）穗人员在来（返）穗前需提前申报信息。
目前，“穗康”小程序已上线“来（返）穗申报”入口，供各从外省来（返）穗人员进行申报。（特别提醒：省外来（返）穗货车司机无需通过该入口报备，继续通过进行车辆及随车人员信息报备。）
选择公路客运、铁路、民航、自驾等方式出行的朋友们，请于出发前或者抵达广州前完成申报。
操作流程
1.请各从外省来（返）穗人员，
从广东省外来（返）穗前
需明确目的地，
通过“穗康”小程序
进行来穗报备。

2.进入填报界面后，
有“上报本人健康信息”
“为亲属/他人上报健康状况”
等选项。
如为“上报本人健康信息”，
填报所有带“＊”选项内容。
老人、儿童
及其他无法使用智能终端设备的人员，
可由共同居住的成年亲属
或所在居（村）民委员会、
物业服务企业等
代为申领，
选择“为亲属/他人上报健康状况”选项，
填报人员请先上报本人健康信息，
再填报该栏目下
所有带“＊”选项。
3. 输入完成后点击“提交”，
会提示
“你已经成功提交，
并已生成健康码”，
健康码会更新
并显示最新上报时间。
