活动背景
国家药品监管机构锐意改革审批机制，与国际监管机构合作互认，加快创新药的审批程序；香港交易所修改上市制度，允许未取得收入的生物科技公司在香港上市；我国的生物医药产业正迎来最好的创新时机。生物医药领域由于其自身特点，对知识产权具有很强的依赖性；有效的知识产权保护，是促进企业发展与提升国际竞争力的主要途径。
为了帮助园区企业更好地保护创新成果、加强创新成果的全球专利布局，协助企业更好地“走出去”，医药科技联盟（SIPPA）特邀请来自美国、欧洲、中国的知名事务所，结合典型案例，就生物医药领域的专利申请和布局策略展开研讨。

嘉宾介绍
Ms. Angela Zumstein
Angela Zumstein is a partner and one of itsmanaging directors of Maiwald Patentanwalts GmbH.
She studied pharmaceuticalsciences at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich, and specializes in theprosecution and enforcement of intellectual property rights in the field oforganic chemistry, biology, pharmacology and toxicology, as well aspharmaceutics technology. A further area of expertise is the registration andenforcement of trademarks.
Dr. Andrea Lasar
Andrea Lasar became a partner of Maiwald Patentanwalts GmbH in January 2018.
She obtained her doctorate at theJulius-Maximilian-Universität Würzburg and the University of Ulm with adissertation related to the fields of immunology and cell biology. Her main practice areas focus onpatent prosecution, oppositions, nullity and infringement litigation as well asprovision of freedom to operate and validity opinions in the fields ofbiochemistry, biotechnology and pharmaceutics.
Dr. Jenny Chen
Jenny Chen is a shareholder of Wolf Greenfield Intellectual Property Law.
Her practice focuses on US andforeign patent prosecution and portfolio strategy, opinion work, due diligence,and post-grant matters in the areas of biological, medical, andpharmaceutical sciences. Jenny was previously a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard Medical School and she received her PhD degree from Baylor College of Medicinein molecular biology and pharmacology.
Dr. Jeffrey Hsi
Jeffrey Hsi is a shareholder of Wolf Greenfield Intellectual Property Law.
Jeffrey has previously served as Corporate Counsel at Amgen Inc. and as Patent Counsel and General Counsel at Kinetix Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Before attending law school, he served as a Senior Scientist, Medicinal Chemistry at The R.W. Johnson Pharmaceutical Research Institute (Johnson & Johnson), as a Research Assistant Professorat the University of South Carolina.
邹宗亮 博士, 合伙人
邹博士擅长处理药学、化学、生物技术等领域的专利申请文件撰写、审查意见答复、专利复审、无效以及诉讼业务，对提供专利布局、尽职调查、专利组合管理、专利性分析、自由实施法律意见、专利侵权分析等方面有丰富经验。代表多家跨国制药公司处理中国知识产权事务。
邹博士2000年毕业于军事医学科学院，获药物化学专业博士学位；2010年毕业于约翰马歇尔法学院，获知识产权专业法学硕士学位。
张晓飞 先生，合伙人
张先生从事知识产权代理业务，专业领域包括生命科学，药学，化学及医疗器械等。张先生曾工作于国家知识产权局医药发明审查部、专利复审委员会等多个部门，期间所审理案件包括很多有重大影响力和指导意义的无效和复审案件。
张先生于2003年毕业于南京师范大学，获细胞生物学专业硕士学位；2009年于中国政法大学民商法学专业硕士研究生班结业。于2009年赴美国约翰马歇尔法学院培训学习。
